Methods 88 patients were retrospectively analyzed and influence of hemoglobin, prothrombin time, thrombocyte, count erythrocrit,blood lactic acid, basedeficit, preoperative resuscitation time and case fatality were compared between of immediate resuscitation and delayed fluid resuscitation group.

方法回顾性分析88例严重胸腹联合伤合并创伤性休克患者资料，比较延迟液体复苏（n=45）和即刻液体复苏（n=43）两种方法对血红蛋白含量、血小板计数、红细胞比容、血乳酸含量、碱缺失水平、术前复苏时间及病死率的影响。

利用LH-750全自动血细胞分析仪，从我院近3年(2005年1月1日至2008年7月30日)儿科住院贫血患儿中共发现大红细胞贫血患儿96例，上述大红细胞贫血患儿进行了详细的病史采集和体查、网织大红细胞计数、外周血及骨髓形态学、肝功能测定，甲状腺功能测定等，依据上述资料确定病因诊断。

Data were analyzed with a model that predicted ganglion cell density fromstandard clinical perimetry,which was then compared with histologic cell counts.

Methods Examinated CRP ,Fbg, and DDimer, and counted WBC, of 34 patients with BCS and 39 patients with lower limb thrombosis hospitalizing in the department of interventional radiology, collected laboratory reports to run statistical comparing analysis.

对BCS患者和下肢血栓患者化验CRP含量、Fbg含量和D二聚体含量并计数WBC，收集资料，进行统计学分析。结果 BCS患者的CRP阳性率和下肢血栓患者CRP阳性率分别为11.76%和89.74%，χ2值为51.108，P.001。

The related clinical information that were collected includes: age , sex , the time from onset of illness to hospitalization , the history of angina pectoris former and 48 hours before onset of illness, smoking history, the history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, blood pressure of admission , the drug of thrombolysis therapy , the time from onset of illness to performing thrombolysis therapy, the recanalization of infarction related artery ,the serum MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase peak value , plasm blood white cell count of admission, plasm lipid concentration,the electrocardiogram before and after thrombolysis therapy .

收集的临床资料包括：年龄、性别、住院日、发病距入院的时间、既往心绞痛病史、发病前48小时内心绞痛发作情况、合并高血压病、合并糖尿病及心肌梗死部位情况、嗜烟史、入院时心率、血压、溶栓药物、溶栓距发病的时间、血管再通情况、血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB同工酶峰值、入院时血白细胞计数、血脂及溶栓前后的心电图。

Bacteria on burn wound and alive tissue under burn wound of the 119 patients that were treated with MEBT was generally cultured and identified, when these patients were first debrided ,7 days later and before the wound healing.30 patients randomly selected from 119 patients were enrolled in the study ,bacterial quantity and identification in burn wound tissue were carried out, bacterial epidemiology data in burn ward were analyzed in the same period.

Methods According to the BPC reference method recommended by International Council for Standardization in Haematology, we enumerated platelets in the processed whole blood sample and calculated the uncertainty in this process by method of variance analysis. We use the evaluation methods of measurement uncertainty according to ISO guideline Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.
