The experiment objects are 15 age-related cataract patients (28 target eyes). Furthermore, this study makes an Age-related Cataract Image Blurring Program which can blur the digital eye chart for the second experiment -"Blurry Image Recognition Experiment". The purpose of the second experiment is to decrease the visual acuity of young healthy eyes (vision with correction, 1.0) and to gather statistics for recognition critical point. These statistics represent different blurry degree of visual degeneration and are used to construct the simulation function of testbed.

透过本研究撰写之老年性白内障影像模糊化程式，将电子式视力检查表进行模糊影像处理，并由视觉屈光正常之受测者(或矫正视力为1.0之受测者)进行模糊影像辨识实验，完成每行视标之可辨识临界点之统计，再将统计数据应用於平台制作，以模拟不同视力退化程度之功能。

Results:One hundred and eleven eyes were treated with PRP, 95 eyes were treated with mild-PRP. Visual acuity was increased by 1～3 lines in 82 eyes(35%), not changed in 94 eyes(46%) and decreased in 30 eyes(19%). On Fundus fluorescein angiography 3 months later, new vessels shrinked and retinal edema recovered in most cases, but in 10 eyes, new vessels and small nonperfusional areas still could be seen after the treatment, which was treated again.

结果：111只眼行广泛视网膜光凝术治疗，95只眼行亚广泛视网膜光凝术治疗。82只眼视力提高1～3行，占35%；94只眼视力无变化，占46%；30只眼视力下降，占19%。3个月后行荧光素眼底血管造影检查，新生血管大部分萎缩，视网膜水肿消退，有10只眼残留新生血管及小片状无灌注区，再次补充光凝。

Methods:For the 423 eyes of the juvenile(10 14 years)with the naked eye vision of 1 0 We make routine vision examination and apply cydopleyics before retinoscopy.

采用常规视力检查、阿托品散瞳检影和屈光检查的方法对 42 3眼视力为 1.0的 10～ 14岁少年进行视力检查、散瞳检影及配镜。

Results Absolute scotoma appeared in 7 eyes and relative scotoma in 6 eyes before TTT. Among the 6 eyes with relative scotoma, the visual acuity was improved over 2 lines in 4 eyes after TTT, descended 1 line in I eye and unchanged in 1 eye. The light sensitivity of the irradiated retina was increased in 5 eyes and decreased in 1 eye.

治疗后与治疗前相比较，6眼TTT前检出相对暗点的患眼中，治疗后视力提高者4眼，1眼视力下降，1眼视力无明显变化；6眼中5眼TTT治疗后激光照射处视网膜的光敏度提高，1眼降低。

Results show that there exist considerable differences in dynamic sights among the trainmen who have similar static sights, that the static sight cannot completely reflect the dynamic vision apperceptive ability, and that both the dynamic and static visions are important indexes for trainmen that cannot be neglected.

结果表明：静视力相同者，动视力差异较大，静视力不能全面反映乘务员动态视觉感知能力。

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

The change of the family members' experiences to vision impairment can be presented by three themes: 1 The process of mood reaction: from hopelessness, guiltiness, indifference to cope with the visual impairment, respect and expectation; 2 The expectation in the future: from passivism, regret to expectation, focus on here and now; 3 The meaning of the visual impairment: from tribulation to treat the visual impairment in the meaning.

一、本研究从三方面检视家庭成员对视力受损事件主观诠释的改变：1。情绪反应的历程：从茫然、自责与漠然到适应现况、找回尊严与期待；2。对未来的期待：从消极、遗憾到期待、掌握现在；3。视力受损事件的意义：从磨难到看待其正向意义、把握当下。在时间的演进中，观察家庭成员对视力受损事件的主观诠释经验。
