现将我院2006年1月—2008年1月进行的手法小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术后出现低视力病人进行原因分析并采取相应护理，取得良好效果，现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料2006年1月—2008年1月手术治疗病人562例(594眼)，男304眼，女290眼；年龄6岁~89岁，老年性白内障482例(504眼)，外伤性白内障26例(26眼)，并发症白内障50例(60眼)，先天性白内障4例(4眼)，术前视力光感-0.3，术前有明显诊断影响术后视力恢复者26眼，其中糖尿病视网膜病变10眼，老年性黄斑病变8眼，青光眼视神经损害7眼，角膜白斑1眼。1.2低视力标准根据我国低视力诊断标准应用国际标准视力表进行检查，术后3个月最佳矫正视力在0.05以上，但在0.3以下为低视力标准。1.3结果594眼术后早期。。。

Results In 950 patients with successful cataractous operations,187 eyes(18.4%)had the vision of super-1.0,395 eyes(39.5%)had the Vision of 1.0-0.5,292 eyes(29.2%)had the vision of 0.5-0.3,106 eyes(10.4%)had the vision of 0.1-0.3,25 eyes(2.5)had the vislon of below-0.1.In 950 patients,242 eyes(24.2%)had diabetic retinopathy,15l eyes(15.1%)had aged-related macular degeneration,27 eyes(2.7%)had ischemic optic neuropathy,7 eyes(0.07%)had choroiditis,15 eyes(1.5%)had retinal vein occlusion,12 eyes(1.2%)had cystoid macular edema,5 eyes(0.2%)had traumatic retinopathy.

结果 950例患者的l 005只眼中，187只眼(18.4%)视力达1.0以上，395只眼(39.5%)视力在1.0-0.5，292只眼(29.2%)视力在0.5-0.3，106只眼(10.4%)视力在0.3-0.1，25只眼(2.5%)视力低于0.1.950例患者的1005只眼中，242只眼(24.2%)息有糖尿病视网膜病变，151只眼(15.1%)息有老年性黄班变性，27只眼(2.7%)息有缺血性视神经病变，7只眼(0.07%)息有陈旧性脉络膜炎，15只眼(1.5%)患有视网膜静脉闭塞，12只眼患有黄斑囊样水肿(1.2%)，5只眼(0.05%)患有外伤性视网膜病变。

The main outcome measures were uncorrected distant visual acuity , best corrected distant visual acuity , uncorrected near visual acuity , distant-corrected near visual acuity , the best corrected near visual acuity , defocus curves and depth of focus, the rate of posterior capsule opacification of the study group, IOL decentration distance of the study group. A questionnaire was applied to evaluate the visual function and rate of spectacles usage.

术后检查内容包括：术后裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、矫正远视力时的近视力、最佳矫正近视力；在两组患眼中选择最佳矫正远视力≥0.9的患眼进行焦点深度及离焦曲线测量；观察实验组后囊膜混浊情况；选取实验组的部分病例进行散瞳裂隙灯照相测量人工晶状体偏中心的距离。

Result: Following up 3～12 months (average 6 months), the corrected vision was from 0.1 to 1.0 and 28 eyes corrected visual acuity were more than 0.3 (82.4%). Poor vision was because of the fundal diseases. 3 eyes intraocular pressure increased postoperation,then decreased to the normal range with medicine. All eyes had no complication.

结果：随访3—12月，平均随访半年，复查时矫正视力最佳1.0，最低0.1，视力≥0.3者28眼（占82.4%），视力≥0.6者20眼（占58.8%），视力偏低多为眼底病变所致。34眼中，术后早期眼压增高者3眼（占8.8%），经用降眼压药后均降至正常范围。34眼中术后均无明显并发症。
