Secondly, a joint pricing and capacity allocation model is formulated considering bulk demand. Chance constrained programming is used to transform the stochastic model. Numerical examples show our model and method is more near the simulation results than the deterministic programming and bigger learning coefficient leads to higher profit contribution.

接着，建立了考虑批量需求的BTO模式下制造企业定价与能力分配的集成模型，利用机会约束规划方法对此随机模型进行转化和求解，算例仿真表明机会约束规划方法较确定性规划方法更好地反映了随机连续需求的分布和波动特征，其期望利润贡献与仿真结果更接近；学习效率越大，最优价格越低，接受订单数量越多，期望利润贡献越高。

In a word, this paper main work is as following:(1) Through analyzing the fundamental principle of decision support system, the universal structure scheme of IDSS for DNP based upon GIS is put forward. The system mainly includes sub-systems of history information analysis, load forecasting integrated analysis, substation planning, distribution network structure planning integrated analysis and so on.

概括起来，本文的工作主要包括以下几部分：(1)通过对决策支持系统的基本原理分析，提出了基于GIS的配电网规划智能决策支持系统的总体结构方案，主要包括历史信息分析子系统、负荷预测综合分析子系统、变电站规划子系统和配电网网架规划综合分析子系统等。

So exploiting a set of intelligent decision system could not only relieve labor intensity of planning-workers improve scientific decision level of DNP, and it inevitably has important academic and realistic meaning.

因此，开发一套配电网规划智能决策系统，不仅可以减轻规划工作人员的劳动强度，而且可从整体上提高配电网规划的科学决策水平，具有重要的学术和现实意义。

All of these applications show that study on conic optimization is necessary. For detail, we conclude them as follows:The models, foreign and internal study situations on conic optimization and its dual problem are introduced in Chapter one, and we point out the key problem and research matter.Chapter two introduces some primary properties of a cone and its dual cone.

第二部分是应用实践：将所提出的锥规划及其对偶锥规划应用在各个领域，例如最小二乘问题、多项式求解、协方差矩阵估计，以及在其它方面的运用，这些应用无不显示出研究锥规划的必要。

Markowitz model of equality constraint protrusion analysis is constructed,including the generic restriction conditions.

文章在将一般化的约束条件纳入分析框架的基础上，建立起Markowitz等式约束凸规划分析模型，运用二次规划问题降维算法的原理，提出了一个求解Markowitz等式约束凸规划模型的快速算法。

For an inexact fractional programming problem, an equivalent program of very simple form and a parametric program are presented.
