METHODS:Guinea-pigs were sensitized by ovalbumin and the effects of LMWH on the constriction of ileum smooth muscle induced by OA were observed in vitro;The effects of LMWH on the degranulation of pericranium mast cell induced by OA were observed throu gh the passive anaphylaxis ratmodel which was made by vaccinating antiserum at pericranium;Licking response was induced by 4-aminopyridine(4-AP) scat scruff in mice,then the effect of LMWH on licking response was studied the capillary p emeabilty increasing induced by glactal acetic acid and the effect of LMWH on ca pillary pemeability were studied.

用卵白蛋白(ovalbumin，OA)免疫豚鼠造成过敏模型，观察LMWH对OA所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩的影响；在大鼠颅骨骨膜接种抗血清使肥大细胞被动致敏，观察LMWH对OA引起肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响；以4-氨基吡啶诱发小鼠舔体反应，观察LMWH对舔体反应的影响；以冰醋酸使小鼠毛细血管通透性增加，观察LMWH对通透性的影响。

应用Kaplan-Meier法观察移植肾穿刺后的生存曲线，log-rank比较两组的移植肾生存率，P=0.040，两组穿刺后生存率差异具有统计学意义。6、观察77例慢性移植物肾病中虚证分布情况：脾肾气虚占53.2%，其次是肝肾阴虚占28.6%，脾肾阳虚占18.2%，而没有观察到阴阳两虚患者；实证分布情况：血瘀证占58.4%，其次是湿热证占20.8%，湿浊证占11.7%和水气证占7.8%，没有观察到风动证。

Methods:after draining pregnancy prostaticus by mifepristone or misoprostol,160 cases are taken wujiashenghua capsule orally as the study group,while the control group are taken motherwort recipe ,then we observe the time and the quantity of colporrhagia.results:there is obvious difference in the time and the quantity of colporrhagia between the study group and the control groupp＜0.01）.the thcmpcutic effect of the study group is better than the one of the control group.conclusion: the hemostatic effect on drug abortion by wujiashenghua capsule is reliable.

用米非司酮及米索前列醇排出孕囊后，观察组160例口服五加生化胶囊，对照组160例口服益母草冲剂，观察其阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。结果：观察组与对照组比较，药流后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间均有非常显著性差异（p＜0.01，观察组疗效好于对照组。结论：五加生化胶囊治疗药物产后阴道出血疗效确切。

Methods: We selected 71 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke as the study group who were hospitalized within 24 hours after onset in the 1st 3rd 5th 7th 9th 11th 13th 15th day of hospitalization and prior to the usage of dehydrant. We selected 30 normal people as the control group. We collected the data of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index including cerebral blood flow and velocity, cerebrovascular resistance, cerebrovascular elasticity ,dynamic resistance and critical pressure for each patient . We compared the data between the study group and control group ,also we compared the data in the different time after disease onset and the data of affected side and non-affected side by using SPSS software.

选择急性出血性脑血管病患者71例为观察组，正常人30例作为对照组，观察组以发病时间为起点，分别在发病后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天且在使用脱水药前行脑循环动力学检测仪检测获得脑循环动力学参数，包括血流速度、血流量、血管弹性指标，血管阻力、血管调节功能指标动态阻力及临界压力数值，对观察组和对照组的各项数值进行比较，及观察组在发病后的不同时间进行前后比较，且对患侧和健侧数值之间进行比较，所得数据使用SPSS软件处理。

结果 通过对实验动物的一般观察、显微解剖学观察、神经电生理检查、组织学观察、神经再生超微结构——透射电镜观察的研究表明，小间隙桥接法明显优于神经外膜吻合法。

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。

Methods: Mice were inoculated with tumor cells. Inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 on murine tumor origined from different inoculative dose and inhibiting effect of immediate transfection pCH510 after chemotherapy on tumor were observed, respectively. By cell culture technique, the influence of chemotherapeutic drug to activation of marcrophages and lymphocytes after i.p. injection of drug was observed. By cell counting method, the kinetics of the change of number of peripheral blood immunocytes induced by administration of chemotherapeutic drug was observed. The inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 five days after chemotherapy on murine tumor was observed.

采用瘤细胞接种建立小鼠肿瘤模型：通过基因转染，观察pCH510对不同接种量所形成的小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用以及小鼠肿瘤化疗后立即进行pCH510转染的抑瘤效果；采用细胞培养技术，观察小鼠体内注射化疗药物后，其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞激活功能的影响；采用细胞计数的方法，观察化疗药物所致小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和外周血免疫细胞数量变化的动力学；另外小鼠肿瘤化疗后第5天进行pCH510转染，观察抑瘤效果。

The function of bone resorption by MGC was examined with coculture of bone slice and MGC. The resorption lacunae were examined with a scanning electron microscope. The activity of acid phosphatase in MGC was observed by Gomori stain. Results: MGCs showed multinuclei (more than 20 nuclei), irriegular peripheral cytoplasm with pseudopodial projections, vacuoles were seen in the cytoplasm.
