总结我院收治的63例闭合性肋骨骨折病人合并血气胸的临床观察及相应的护理过程。49例经过胸膜腔穿刺或胸膜腔闭式引流、剖胸探查修补裂口、止血、纠正休克等措施后均治愈，其余14例未作特殊处理自愈。

Results In 56 cases,esophagastric refluxed and the reflux esopaguxitis 16 cases, cardiac carcinoma 18 cases, oesophageal hiatus hernia 12 cases.

结果 56例中，食管胃反流与反流性食管炎16例，贲门占位18例，食管胃底静脉曲张6例，贲门失弛缓症4例，食管裂口疝12例。

METHODS: Totally, 105 cases of traumatic rupture of lower canaliculus, ranging from 18 to 72 years old (mean 35.6 years) were included in this study. The common causes were traffic accident trauma, boxing wound, claw, working trauma, laceration by glasses etc. Firstly, we orthoptically or regressively found nasal end of ruptured canaliculus in all patients, then measured by vernier calipers.

外伤性泪小管断裂患者105例，18~72（平均35.6）岁，常见致伤原因依次为：车祸伤，拳击伤，手抓伤，工伤，眼镜划伤等；所有患者手术时通过直视法或逆行法找到鼻侧断裂口，用游标卡尺测量。

Results］All 18 cases were observed the real and the false cavity satisfiedly in two kinds of scanning.

结果］18例患者MSCT主动脉全程增强扫描均满意观察到真、假腔的大小、范围、主要分支是否受累。18例采用心电门控扫描显示胸廓入口至主动脉裂口水平的主动脉真假腔与全程增强扫描一致。
