In order to develop antibacterial peptide biologics for prevention and control of endometritis of dairy cow,a pair of primers was designed and synthesized according to the sequence of bovine antibacterial peptide gene published in GenBank.The total RNA was purified from the dairy cow endometrial cells with the Total RNA Isolation Kit.

为研发防治乳牛子宫内膜炎的抗菌肽生物制剂，根据已发表的牛抗菌肽基因序列设计了1对引物，用试剂盒提取乳牛新鲜子宫内膜总RNA，经RT-PCR扩增，将克隆的抗菌肽BNBD5基因全长编码区的cDNA连接到原核表达载体pET30a中，经IPTG诱导原核表达，通过Western-blot检测融合蛋白BNBD5的表达水平。

Eukaryotic expression vector pCAM-BIA1301-NHX1 had been constructed, then transformed into tomato by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation method. Transgenic tomatos were obtained.

Results When the culture medium was supplemented with 0 .05μg/ml sodium selenite,the proliferation of transformed cells was significant ly promoted and the transformation did not change remarkably,when supplemented w ith 0.25μg/ml,the proliferation was promoted but the transformation was inh ibited,and when with 0.75μg/ml and 1.50μg/ml,the proliferation was not pro moted and the transformation was strongly inhibited.Big dose of (1.50μg/ml) sodium selenite m ade the nuclei of the untransformed lymphocytes gather together like a few grape s doing,and even caused them to fuse.

Methods The α-factor prepro peptide from Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used as a signal peptide to secret HBsAg in Hansenula polymorpha. Both MFα and HBsAg genes were designed based on Hansenula polymorpha-preferred condons and synthesized by overlap PCR respectively, then fused together by PCR using a pair of primers.

A novel polymer of Poly(diglycidyl maleate-co-stearyl methacrylate) was synthesized and its structure was characterized by ~1H NMR. Its self-assembly behavior was studied in different solvents. It was found that vesicles and tubule-liked aggregates can be obtained through self-assembly of P(DGMA-co-SMA)/THF/EtOH system. And spheral aggregates were obtained in P(DGMA-co-SMA)/THF/H_2O system while the spheral aggregates were converted into rod-liked aggregates and line-liked aggregates after aged for different time.
