腺切除术

Surgeries were performed in 8 patients, including sleeve tracheal resection in 2 patients, partial tracheal wall resection in 3 patients, total laryngeetomy and partial excision of the trachea with thyroid lobectomy in 1 patient, and endoscopic YAG laser surgery in 1 parle,at.

行手术治疗者8例，其中行气管袖状切除者2例，部分气管壁切除者3例，全喉、部分气管及甲状腺腺叶切除者1例，内窥镜下YAG激光切除者1例，气管开窗肿瘤剔除术1例。

Methods The animal models were built by resection of the thymus and simultaneously emptying the air under xiphoid in the rats underwent thoracotomy.

采用Sprague-Dawley大鼠，在开胸切除胸腺的同时配合术中剑突下抽气的方法建立模型，正式实验30次。

Methods Adenomyosis was diagnosed under lapososcopy in 4 infertile cases. Meanwhile coexsting endometriosis,pelvic adhesion and adenomyoma were treated by surgery and endocoagulator in 4 and 2 cases respectively.GnRH-α therapy was given for six months before laparoscopic surgery in 1 case and after laparoscopic surgery in 3 cases .

4例有严重痛经的子宫腺肌病伴不孕症患者经B超及腹腔镜或病理检查确诊，在腹腔镜检查的同时手术矫治合并存在的子宫内膜异位症和盆腔粘连。4例中，3例子宫后壁有局限性腺肌瘤形成(其中2例在腹腔镜下行手术切除)。3例于术后、1例于术前注射长效缓释型GnRH-α，每月1次，共6次。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果 GnRH-α用药期间4例均闭经，血雌二醇于用药的第3周降到绝经期水平；用药6次后增大的子宫缩小至正常或接近正常。1例子宫后壁局限性腺肌瘤未行手术切除者，用药后腺肌瘤缩小73.7%。3例于腹腔镜术后、停药转经的4个月内妊娠；另1例停药转经2个月，现在随访中。3例妊娠转归：1例足月剖宫产分娩；1例手术切除肌壁间腺肌瘤者，孕30周时因先兆子宫破裂急诊行剖宫产术；1例目前孕22周。

Unilateral thyroidectomy and/or plus isthmusectomy was performed in7patients,subtotal thyroidectomy in3patients,total thyroidectomy in1patients,subtotal thyroidectomy plus pre-and paratracheal and the lateral lymph node dissection in26patients in WDTC,metastasis of cervical lymph nodes were found in15（40.5%）patients.

结果 分化性甲状腺微灶癌（乳头状癌33例，滤泡状癌1例）健康体检发现率52.1%（18/34），术确诊4例，术前疑癌17例，术中快速冰冻病检确诊24例，术后确诊6例，行单侧腺叶或单侧腺叶+峡部切除14例，甲状腺次全切除11例，甲状腺全切1例，合并中央区或颈部淋巴结清扫8例。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
