Result:52 cases had the excellent results,3 case had the middle results, 1 case had poor results that marginal skin of the wound were necrosis and subinfection.conclusion: it was a good effect that the open achilles tendon ruptures were treated by modified tsuge stuture or auxileary repair with free deep-fascia circuitously.

结果：56例患者均获随访，随访期9个月～2年，结果优良52例，中等3例，差1例（伤口边缘皮肤坏死并轻度感染）。结论：改良津下缝合法吻合跟腱或辅助游离深筋膜环行修复治疗开放性跟腱断裂具有良好的疗效。

Methods From May 2007 to Oct 2007, 13 cases of soft foot and ankle tissue coloboma were repaired or reconstructed with this flap. The perforator branch was detected and earmarked by Doppler ultrasound. The flap axis was designed as the connection of internal condyle of tibia and the middle point between inner malleolus and achilles tendon based on anatomy. The pivot was designed in the point which perforator branch perforate the deep fascia. The flap dissociation was performed upon the deep fascia and the flap thickness can be modified during the operation.

2007年5月－2008年10月应用胫后动脉内跺上穿支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损13例，术前彩色超声多普勒行内深上穿支探测并体表标记，在解剖学基础上，皮瓣轴线在胫骨内侧裸后与内踝、跟腱间中点的连线，旋转点设计在穿支穿深筋膜处，深筋膜上游离皮瓣，术中可根据受区情况适当修整皮瓣厚度。

Another six specimens of each group was obtained for biomechanical test at 8 weeks. RESULTS: There were no significant differences between control group and fibrin group. In bFGF group compared with control and fibrin groups, appearance of the angiogenesis, fibroblast proliferation and collagen production in the sheath, epitenon and parenchyma at repair site occurred earlier and were more in quantity, the gliding excursion of the tendon was shorter, and the work of flexion and the ultimate tensile strength of the tendon were greater.
