I also present some countermeasures to control and eliminate consumerism by analysis of its expansion in our country. In the forth chapter, I elaborate on the scientific view of consumption.

According to this model, the capacity evaluation system of Xi'an Xian Yang International Airport was developed by utilizing the programming method of Object Orientation; comparing the results of former evaluation system and that of this one, the correctness of the proposed model was verified; the airport's running status and flight delays were researched through statistics of the system, providing airport ground controllers with reasonable advices.
