A total of 201 chronic kidney disease patients were recruited from the department of nephrology in Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital and diagnosed by nephrologist.

慢性肾脏病病例共201位来自财团法人新光吴火狮纪念医院肾脏科门诊，皆由肾脏专科医师诊断，患有轻重程度不一的肾脏相关疾患。

Abstract］ objective to summarize the methods and experience and analysing of curative effects of open operation combined eswl treating renal staghorn calculi.methods therapeutic results of 8 cases of renal staghorn calculi were analysed retrospectively.results the lithous horn of 8 cases were broken by eswl before operation,then the renal calculus were removed by pyelolithotomy or extended pyelolithotomy.conclusion the method was a good choice of renal staghorn calculi with high stone-free rate,little trauma and less complication.

摘要］ 目的总结开放性手术结合eswl治疗鹿角状肾脏结石方法经验并进行疗效分析。方法回顾分析了8例鹿角状肾脏结石患者的治疗结果。结果 8例患者术前eswl将结石角粉碎，然后应用肾盂切开或肾窦扩大切开手术取出肾盂和肾盏内结石。结论该方法对于鹿角状肾脏结石治疗，结石取净率高，对肾脏损伤小、并发症少，是较为适合的方法。

Results There were hemodynamic changes of double kidneys in all 120 cases of pregnant women, thereinto, the signs were seen for nephrauxe, hydronephrosis (including 35 cases with hydrops of double kidneys, 12 cases with hydrops of left kidneys ) and sparate collecting system of kidney in various degree in 108 cases, otherwise, there were no visible ultrasonic symptom on hydrops of double kidneys, but low-grade nephrauxe in 12 cases.

结果 120例中孕妇双侧肾脏血流动力学均发生改变，108例受检孕妇中均有不同程度的肾脏体积增大、肾脏集合系统分离、肾脏积液，其中35例双侧肾脏积液，12例仅表现为左侧肾脏积液；120例中有12例双侧肾脏未见明显积液声像，但有轻度的肾脏体积增大。

In the postnatal period these cases were managed conservatively and followed by renal echogram and Tc-99m diethylene triamine penta-acetic acid diuretic renal scan as needed. Four of these six units (66.7%) resolved spontaneously within 1 to 6 months. The other two lesions deteriorated within 6 months and surgical intervention was required.

慢性肾脏病已经成为全球性公共健康问题，其患病率和病死率高，并明显增加心血管疾病的危险性，产生巨额的医疗费用。中西医结合防治慢性肾脏病有优势，但也存在不少困惑。中西医结合防治慢性肾脏病的思路和方法是：（1）加强单病种优化方案的研究；（2）加强确有疗效的新药开发研究；（3）加强中医药治疗肾脏病作用机制的研究；（4）加强有毒中药肾损害的机制及防治研究；（5）利用系统生物学的方法，探索中医肾本质的研究；（6）组织编写《慢性肾脏病中西医结合防治指南》；（7）大力宣传，重视普查，早期预防。

The results indicate that the free radical activity in kidney tissue increases significantly after exercise. As for dynamic changes of LPO, SOD and GSH-Px index based on four time tests, endurance exercise may increase the antioxidative enzyme activity in Kidney tissue, and as a result, it scavenges much more free radical resulting from exercise and enhances the ability for anti-free radical.
