术后1个月NS侧，终板区可见到雪旺氏细胞吞噬破碎的终板组织，出现典型的终板变性特征，而NGF侧术后1个月突触裂隙内未发现雪旺氏细胞侵入。

E xperimental study:(1)After 48 hours culture,the morphology of K562 cells that FFJZ's concentration is 1mg/ml and less than 1mg/ml became fusiform and claviform.The K562 cells that FFJZ's concentration is 2mg/ml has no conspicuous different.The K562 cells that FFJZ's concentration is 4mg/ml and 6mg/ml took on shapes of crenation.

结果：1、体外实验：（1）K562细胞经FFJZ作用48小时后，浓度在 1mg/ml及以下组出现细胞形态呈梭状、棒状，伴有胞浆丝状突起形成伪足，2mg/mlFFJZ组细胞与对照组无明显差别，4mg/ml及6mg/mlFFJZ组，细胞出现皱缩、破碎； 8mg/mlFFJZ及10mg/mlFFJZ组细胞经培养24小时后，即出现细胞明显变小，且均匀分散，以后时间里均呈现此种状况。

Methods:Pigspleen cells were cultured with HBvaccine and phytohaemagglutinin in which the sensitized cells were collected and homogenized to pieces by a constitution triturator;the homogenate was diluted with distilled water to 1∶1, then frozen and melt six times at25 ℃ before placed in the dialyzer at the melting state , after that dialyzed with 1∶4 distilled water as the outdialyzate at 4 ℃ for 48 h;the final outdialyzate was collected as the HBVSTF.

采用猪脾细胞与植物血凝素、乙肝疫苗共同培养，收集致敏细胞在组织捣碎机中破碎，用蒸馏水1∶1稀释，－25 ℃反复冻融6次，自来水融化后装入透析袋中，用1∶4的蒸馏水作透析外液，于4 ℃透析48 h，透析液即为乙肝病毒特异性转移因子。

Methods: Pig-spleen cells were cultured with HB-vaccine and phytohaemagglutinin in which the sensitized cells were collected and homogenized to pieces by a constitution triturator; the homogenate was diluted with distilled water to 1:1, then frozen and melt six times at -25℃ before placed in the dialyzer at the melting state, after that dialyzed with 1:4 distilled water as the out-dialyzate at 4℃ for 48 h; the final out-dialyzate was collected as the HBV-STF.

方法；采用猪脾细胞与植物血凝素、乙肝疫苗共同培养，收集致敏细胞在组织捣碎机中破碎，用蒸馏水1：1稀释，-25℃反复冻融6次，自来水融化后装入透析袋中，用1：4的蒸馏水作透析外液，于4℃透析48h，透析液即为乙肝病毒特异性转移因子。

The results indicated that the erythropoietic/granulopoietic ratio was markedly increased with megaloblastic morphology in all stage of erythrocyte.

结果表明：2例CDAⅠ型患者骨髓幼红细胞比例增加，各阶段细胞存在不同程度巨幼样变；原红细胞核不规则，早幼或中幼红细胞可见奶酪核，约半数晚幼红细胞有核溶解和破碎现象，晚幼红细胞核损伤有时伴胞质溶解，细胞间染色质桥少见；各阶段红细胞核膜和内质网同时出现不同程度溶解。

Results Nicotinamide at 1-5 mg/ml induced apoptosis of GLC-82 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and group 4 mg/ml and group 5 mg/ml showed increased apoptosis than other groups. Distinct morphologic changes of cell apoptosis such as karyopyknosis and conglomeration were observed; Cell migration became slower as the dosage of Nicotinamide increased;Cells produced an arrested at G1 phase, accompanied by a reduction of cells transiting through S phase.

结果 烟酰胺诱导细胞凋亡程度与用药剂量呈正相关，较高剂量的药物能引起GLC-82肺腺癌细胞呈现边界不清，体积缩小，核固缩，染色质凝集、边缘化，甚至细胞发生破碎，凋亡小体形成；随着烟酰胺浓度的增高GLC-82细胞向划痕区的愈合速度不断减慢；烟酰胺的浓度大于等于3 mg/ml 时，细胞周期主要表现为G1 期比例的上升伴随S期比例的下降。

The result showed that LPS inhibited the proliferation of pulp cells when its concentration was 100μg /ml; it could induce the apotosis of the cell when in 250μg /ml and it could lead the pulp cell to die when in 450 μg/ml.

g／ml浓度的LPS可抑制细胞生长，使细胞体积缩小；200μg／ml浓度的LPS可使个别细胞收缩变圆，发生类似凋亡样改变；而400μg／ml浓度的LPS可使细胞肿大、破碎发生坏死样改变。
