肝纤维化在中医属于"肝积"范畴，鉴于前辈医家提出"养正积自除"的理论，笔者就中医使用扶正益气培本的方法治疗肝纤维化优势及其前景展开探讨。

Methods:Establish the model of myocardial fibrosis in chronic stage of viral myocarditis by injecting CVB3 into Balb/c rats,divide these rats into model group、Tong xin luo low dose group、Tong xin luo medium dose group、Tong xin luo high dose group and set up normal group,after four weeks of giving medicine execute the animals and observe the ultrastructure of myocardial cell with tramission electron microscope,the quantity of myocardial collagen was observed by staining with H.E and Sirus red in supersaturated picric acid solution;the amount of HA in serum was measured with the method of radiative immunity;the quantitative expression of fibrosis factor—TGF、PDGF was measured with the method of immunity histochemistry.

腹腔注射柯萨奇B3病毒建立病毒性心肌炎慢性期心肌纤维化小鼠模型，随机分为模型对照组、通心络低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组，并设正常对照组，用药四周后处死动物通过透射电镜观察心肌细胞超微结构；HE染色、苦味酸天狼星红染色观察心肌胶原数量；放免法测定血清透明质酸的含量；免疫组化染色观察致纤维化细胞因子—转化生长因子和血小板衍生生长因子的定量表达。

In this article, we used automotive immunohistochemical stainer to check the expressions of HBsAg and HCV antigens in 100 cases of HCC and their adjacent tissues, mean while, we checked their histological activity index and hepatic fibrosis degree. We also used radioimmunoassay to detect serum levels of 4 serum fibrosis markers and serum AFP levels in these cases. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry were used to check the T-cell subpopulations and the activity of NK cells of these 100 cases. Then the correlations among these factors were studied.

本文采用全自动免疫组化仪对100例肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的HBsAg、HCV抗原表达进行了标记，同时对其进行肝组织活动指数、纤维化分期；同时采用放射免疫测定方法检测同期血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白等四项血清肝纤维化标志物和血清甲胎蛋白水平；采用免疫荧光标记技术和流式细胞仪对T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性测定，对各项指标的相关性进行系列对比研究。

Results The results showed that fibroblasts were the main source of extracellular matrix production in bile duct wall. The phenotype of fibroblasts in inflammatory strictured bile duct wall changed obviously, quiescent fibroblasts were activated and transformed to myofibroblasts, with massive proliferation.

结果 成纤维细胞是胆管壁中合成胶原的主要细胞；炎性狭窄胆管壁的纤维化增厚明显，其成纤维细胞表型改变，由相对静止转化为功能活跃状态，并进一步向肌成纤维细胞转化，且大量增殖。

This study was conducted to examiune the fibrotic effect of Ni-Ti and 317L al loys in esophagus.The extract fluid from Ni-Ti,317L alloys was made according t o the ASTM standards of U.S.A. The Fb of esophageal scar was cultured primarily ,then incubated with alloy abstract fluid. The proliferating activity of Fb was measured by MTT at 4, 24, 48, 72 hours in the course of culturing. The esophagu s embedding test of Ni-Ti,317L alloys was made according to ASTM standards of U .S.A.The tissue around the alloys was taken at weeks 2 and 12,and the pathologi c changes were analysed.

为探讨新型支架材料Ni-Ti、317L合金在食管局部的致纤维化作用，按美国ASTM标准制备NiTi、317L合金的金属浸提液；&组织块培养法&原代培养食管壁疤痕的成纤维细胞，传代后以金属浸提液进行培养，分组后分别培养4、24、48、72 h，MTT法检测不同培养时间后Fb增殖功能的变化；按美国ASTM标准进行NiTi、317L合金试件的食管壁内包埋实验，即将金属试件经表面处理后直接置入食管壁粘膜层与肌层之间，术后2、12周取出包埋组织，分析试件周围组织的病理变化，并进行胶原纤维染色，观察纤维形成状况。

Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenggan Huangu recipe on the expressions of MMPs and TIMPs in the hepatic tissues of rats with hepatic fibrosis and probe its mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis.

目的：观察正肝化瘀方对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织MMPs和TIMPs蛋白表达的影响，探讨其抗肝纤维化的作用机制。

Result shows that: Beating can make the fiber internal fibrillating which the fiber flexibility is increased; the tensile and Z-Tensile and burst strength of the kenaf core CMP are increased nolineary.

打浆的机械作用能使纤维细胞壁发生层间分离，导致纤维柔软度发生剧变，该点称之为层间分离点，它的大小反映了纤维内部细纤维化的难易程度。
