首先优化热处理工艺，考察浸泡液的pH值、热处理时间及热处理温度对清油提取率及缓冲液中可溶性固形物溶出量的影响，同时分析酶解体系各部分组成随缓冲液的pH值、热处理时间及热处理温度的变化规律，为探索水酶法提油工艺的机理创造条件。

With eggs and children artemia were detedcted using nested-PCR. WSSV positive products could be detected in artemia, and DNA sequence of the product accords with the designed specific amplified one according to sequence analysis. The positive rates of wild brine shrimp and filial generation were 58% and 43%, respectively. However, it seems to be no regularity between parents and filial generations positive results. It may not judge whether WSSV could vertically transmit in artemia or not.

检测结果显示：卤虫中可扩增出特异性的、与引物设计吻合的DNA片段；DNA测序分析表明，扩增片段的DNA序列与白斑综合症病毒序列一致；野生卤虫携带白斑综合症病毒的阳性率为58％，实验条件下野生卤虫的后代的阳性率为43％；同一卤虫家系中，亲代与子代携带病毒的情况不完全一致，不能确定白斑综合症病毒可否通过繁殖在卤虫世代间进行垂直传播。

The results indicate that only tungsten oxide grains are formed without sodium sulfate additions, while tungsten oxide whiskers with 0.20.3 μm in diameter and aspect ratio of 5-50 or tungsten oxide nanowires with 1030 nm in diameter and aspect ratio of 50200 are synthesized by some sodium sulfate additions on conditions at 180 ℃ for 1236 h. The phase composition of tungsten oxide whiskers is hexagonal tungsten trioxide. The whiskers/nanowires grow oriently through 〈200〉,〈002〉,〈202〉and〈100〉.

结果表明：未添加硫酸钠时，在180 ℃水热反应12~36 h只能得到氧化钨颗粒粉末，而添加适量硫化钠后，可制备出直径为0.2~0.3 μm、长径比为5~50的氧化钨晶须和直径为10~30 nm、长径比为50~200的氧化钨纳米线；氧化钨纳米线晶体结构良好，物相为六方晶系WO3；微/纳米氧化钨晶须/线主要沿〈200〉，〈002〉，〈202〉和〈100〉方向定向生长。

In the third chapter, the photoabsorption of NO, CO, acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, benzene and toluene of benzene series have been measured by using a homemade experimental apparatus of cylindrical multi-stage ion chamber with high flux SR source. The ionization energies of some electron states are given. Their superexcited states, autoionization Rydberg states have been analyzed. By the analysis and comparison, our results are accurate and credibility.

Since the installation of fire safety is not a part of a building structure and the seismic building design code does not include fire water pipings, the design of them in Taiwan does usually not consider the seismic effect. This study first collected and summarized the relevant seismic design codes and fire control standards from U.S., Japan, China and Taiwan to understand the internationally adopted methods for seismic from designs of fire water pipings. This study also gathered engineering cases and photographs of the installation of the shock resistance hangers of fire water pipings in high technology factory buildings. Then, this study presented a proposal for seismic design principles. we hope this can attract attentions from government authorities and the fire safety business sector and to rise concerns of the seismic design of fire safety installation; and therefore set up a clear and practical criterion for the engineers and finally reduce the damage of post earthquake fires.

由於消防安全设备向来都是归属於非结构物，国内一般在进行结构设计时并未将消防管路纳入耐震设计的范畴内，本研究系针对建筑物内消防管路的耐震设计为议题，搜集并整理出美国、日本、大陆及国内等相关建筑和消防规范的执行现况，以了解目前国际上在消防管路方面所采取的耐震设计手法，本研究也同时汇整了目前国内重大科技厂房新建工程在消防撒水管路耐震吊架上，所采用的设计案例和实际装置后照片，祈能藉由此案例唤起国内相关主管单位和消防业界对建筑物内消防安全设备耐震力设计的关注，共同研议订定出明确、实用且可供大家遵循的消防安全设备耐震设计准则，以减低国内在地震后火灾所造成的危害。
