Main reasons:(1) the concentration of inking oil is not sufficient, permealbe gompound, even if the paper texture is not very loose, will for excessive infiltration, resulting in an imprinted Powdering;(2) the silver and gold and silver ink is made of powder and inking oil leveling, and for the parents and poor performance.

主要原因：( 1 )调墨油的浓度不足，渗透性物质含量较多，即使纸张的质地不是很疏松，也会由于连接料的过量渗透，造成印迹粉化；( 2 )金银墨是由金银粉末与调墨油调配而成的，粉末与连接料的亲和性能较差。

From the viewpoint of the effects of PPB precipitation on the frature of hipped P/M Rene'95, the surface segregation and reaction in Rene'95 powder metallurgy superalloy were analyzed by modern surface techniques and by electron microscopy. The mechanisms of the formation and reduction of PPB precipitation are revealed.
