In the first one, the content of endogenesis ZR in new corm sharply declined, while in cormel it slightly went down. Content of GA3 in cormel continuously went down. The case of ABA kept in a low level. Change of content of IAA didn't show obvious law.

籽球形态建成初期，新球内源ZR含量急速下降，籽球略有下降；籽球GA3含量持续快速下降；ABA维持较低水平；IAA含量变化规律不明显。
