Objective: To describe the anatomy of the superior and inferior aspect of the perirenal space as well as the renal fascia with CT radiography in vivo.

目的：通过对正常成人活体肾周间隙和肾筋膜的多层螺旋CT及三维重建图像的观察和测量分析，探讨肾筋膜的附着、肾周间隙的纵向通连情况等相关指标，以及多层螺旋CT对肾周间隙通连研究的诊断价值。

CT Findings were as follows : pancreas enlargement in 24 cases , focal and diffused hypodense in 39 cases , hemorrhage and necrosis of pancreas in 3 cases, peripancreatic effusion in 39 cases , prerenal fascia thickening in 39 cases , pleural effusion in 24 cases , with thrombosis in portal and SMV in 1 case . A case of pancreas head enlargement misdiagnosed for tumor,a case pancreatitis effusion was through superficial inguinal canal into scrotum.

CT影像学征象如下：胰腺体积增大24例；局限性及弥漫性密度减低39例；胰体及尾部出血坏死3例；胰周间隙渗出39例；肾旁筋膜增厚及脾肾间隙模糊39例，特别是左侧肾前筋膜均累及；少量胸腔积液24例；出血性胰腺炎伴门脉及肠系膜上静脉血栓1例；炎性渗出物通过腹股沟管蔓延到阴囊1例；单纯胰头增大，误诊为胰头肿瘤1例；本组40例中合并胆石12例。

Thirty patients who had definite chronic lumboscaral compartment syndrome without other lumbal diseases were choosed respectively to test muscle force of lumbar and abdomen, intra-sacrospinal muscle pressure, blood routine, ESR, Ck, CK-MM LDH and LDHs. All patients received decompressive operation. Skeletal muscle specimens taken from sacrospinal muscle in each operation were possessed for bistological and ultrastrucluml observation. All of enzyme tests were normal.

方法］选取明确诊断为腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征且未合并其他腰部疾病的患者30例，分别行腰腹肌肌力测定，竖脊肌内压测定，血常规，血沉，肌酸激酶及同工酶，乳酸脱氢酶及同工酶(LDH5)测定，采用骨筋膜间隔切开减压手术治疗。

对110例下肢静脉曲张合并下肢溃疡患者，予以大隐静脉高位结扎及剥脱术或加作股静脉瓣膜带戒术或静脉外肌袢成形术，小腿溃疡周围深筋膜下交通支结扎，沿皮下组织与深筋膜间隙分离溃疡底部，创面换药。

Methods Total and partial auricule reconstruction was completed with combination Medpor framework insertion and temporoparietal fascia plus skin graft in one stage. The expanded temporal scalp was transferred to package Medpor framework for ears construction in scar baldness after burn.

先天性小耳畸形和外伤后耳廓部分缺损的病例，采用带血管蒂的颞顶筋膜瓣覆盖Medpor支架，外用皮片移植，一期完成手术；烧伤后耳廓畸形的病例，采用扩张后的头皮瘢痕颞筋膜瓣带血管蒂转移，包裹Medpor支架二期完成修复。

Necrotizing fasciitis was in 1 case: MR/showed obvious thickening of subcutaneous tissues and deep fasciae, abnormally increased signal intensity on T1 and T2WI.

坏死性筋膜炎1例，MRI显示皮下组织、浅深筋膜增厚，T1WI和T2WI均表现为高信号。

Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结论］腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征是由于内在压力增加，筋膜间隔内组织代谢障碍，骨骼肌慢性受损，炎症因子释放，最终影响脊神经后支导致的下腰痛。
