Methods All operation were performed in normal radioparent operatingtable,an 8cm incision is located in fibular of the patella ligament, drill in the femoral intercondylar ,the fracture is manipulatively reducted with the knee flexion, enlarging the medulla ,then interlocking intramedullary nail is inserted.

手术均在能透视的普通手术台进行，于髌韧带外侧缘做8 cm的切口，经股骨髁间窝开孔，膝关节屈曲手法复位，依次扩髓，逆行穿入带锁钉。

All the animals were divided into 3 groups of 21 each randomly: 1 Kirschner wire group: Intramedullary Kirschner wires were made as inner fixation. 2 CPC group: Injectable CPC single was injected into medullar through 9# needle. The fracture parts were holded by hands until CPC harden. 3 CPC-BMP group: treated as CPC group but substituted the composite of CPC/rhBMP-2 for CPC.

None of these 2 screws was associated with clinical sequelae. There were 2 patients who had postoperatie iatrogenic C2–C3 instability on dynamic radiograph, which did not need treatment.
