In the present project,the project group investigated Cololejeunea flora of some provinces of China, collected over 500 specimens of Cololejeunea and over 7000 specimens of other liverworts,and borrowed over 3500 specimens （including 416 types）from other important herbaria. The species diversity and distribution weree clarified preliminary by means of mophologocal and ecologoical observation and studies on oil bodies and chromosomes as well as bioactivity of some species.

These data were contributed by dozens kinds of lotteries, in types of Lotto Lottery, Number Lottery and Toto Lottery issued in Beijing, Shanghai and the whole nation in the period from April, 2001 to August 2005. One hundred and thirty four families, 578 genera and 1197 species are recorded in this area. According to the information of historical geology and natural conditions, the composition of seed plant flora and the areal-types of genera were analyzed. The results showed that its origin was rather ancient and its geographical compositions were complicated. There were many species of rare and endangered plants, e.g. Taxus chinensis var. mairei, Bretschneidera sinensis, Emmenopterys henryi, Fokienia hodginsii, Torreya grandis, Phoebe bournei, Ormosia henryi, and so on. Most of these plants had high value in economics and scientific research. According to statistics and analysis of genera in the present flora, 578 genera were divided into 14 areal-types. The ratio of tropical and temperate genera was respectively 48.6% and 49.2%, so its flora was characterized by transitional floristic elements, and in wide connection with the world.
