The water contents in 1m soil layer of eight vegetation types in Yuanmou dry and hot valley in rainy season(August 2 to September 2) were measured and analyzed.These eight vegetation types are Pinus caribaea plantation,Pinus caribaea+Dodonaea viscosa plantation,Albizzia kalkora natural regeneration forest;Dodonaea viscosa+Tephrosia candida plantation,eucalyptus plantation,grassland,waste land and expansive soil.

通过对元谋干热河谷区加勒比松人工林、加勒比松+车桑子人工混交林、山合欢天然更新林、车桑子+山毛豆人工混交林、桉树人工林、草地、荒坡、膨胀土8种植被类型林地1 m土层内不同层次雨季(8月2日~9月2日)土壤水分含量的分析研究得出：在雨季8种植被类型林地土壤的水分含量均较低，因其土壤的物理性能较差，故蓄水保水能力也较差；各植被类型林地土壤的有机质、养分含量均极低，按照土壤养分含量分级标准，各植被类型林地土壤的养分含量均在6级以下。

In chapter 3, the paper proposed a new kind of preference relation, i.e. distance preference relation; followed this, a scale was introduced for constructing antisymmetric matrix, and consistency of the matrix was defined, three methods for computing priority vector were studied; At the end, two examples were used to demonstrate the application of the new method,and they showed that the introduction of antisymmetric matrix to AHP is effective and valuable.

本文首先对Saaty AHP的几种常见标度进行了比较分析，然后对正互反判断矩阵及模糊互补判断矩阵的权重计算方法进行了归纳和总结；最后，本文提出了一种新的偏好关系，即基于"差"的偏好关系，从而将反对称矩阵引入层次分析法，接着对新型偏好关系下判断矩阵的构造、一致性的定义与性质以及权重的计算方法做了初步的研究，最后用算例说明了新方法的应用，并做了相应的比较分析，结果表明采用基于"差"的偏好关系构造反对称矩阵拓展了AHP的应用范围，有一定的理论和应用价值。

Only two papers known to the author discussed the possible relationship between the estimates of Km and Vmax. Colquhoun (196 9) found a strong positive correlation between these estimates in a simulation study. Subsequently, Oliver (1970) examined this relationship by the asymptotic variance-covariance matrices. These simulation and mathematical analyses were based on the assumption that the substrate concentration is error-free, with the error confined to the reaction velocity. In addition, their work was confined to the several estimation methods.

Results show that radial basis function and point interpolation methods possess Kronecker Delta function property, but the robustness is poor in some cases; the MLS approximation function does not possess Kronecker Delta function property, but it has good robustness. Differences among the three discretization schemes of meshless method are as follows:the collocation method requires no numerical integration and very little computational time while its robustness is poor; Galerkin method is not a truly meshless method due to the background meshes required for integration; the Petrov-Galerkin method is a truly meshless method and need numerical integration in each sub-domain, so it needs more computational time.
