白内障

Cutting pupillary collar continuously seems to be a simple and safe method for phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation in cataract with small pupil and serious synechia. The method has slight postoperative reaction and fewer complications. The method also allows the pupil to return to its normal or nearnormal shape, and its function after operation.

对于严重粘连小瞳孔白内障采用瞳孔缘连续环形剪除后再行白内障超声乳化及折叠人工晶状体植入术，方法简单，术中操作顺利，术后瞳孔形态正常或近于正常、光反射存在，眼前节反应轻，是一种较好的手术方式。

Methods 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsules of diabetic senile cataract were divided into two groups,15 were stained with HE and examined with light microscopy.1 was examined with transmissional electron microscope. The same examination in 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsule in senile cataract was carried out.

收集16例糖尿病患者的老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为两组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察；对照组取16例老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为3组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察。

Methods Thirty-eight eyes of 34 patients with cataract were operated on non-phacoemulsification with 3 mm sclera tunnel incision and implanted S140 IOLusing unfolder.

对34例38 眼不同类型的白内障施行3 mm巩膜隧道切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合推注式折叠型人工晶状体植入术。

METHODS: The patients were divided into two groups by surgical methods: group 1 with extirpating cataract and group 2 with extirpating cataract plus lens implantation. We compared and analyzed the results of group 2 according to different surgical methods and lens types.

根据手术方法分为单纯白内障摘除组及白内障加人工晶状体植入组，后者又根据手术方法的不同及人工晶状体的类型进行比较分析。

Methods:Phacoemulsification and implantation with foldable and rigid intraocular lens were performed on 41 eyes with a preexisted filtering bleb,and a clear corneal or scleral tunnel incision was selected.

32例 (4 1只眼)抗青光眼滤过术后的白内障患者，采用上方透明角膜隧道切口和避开滤过泡的巩膜隧道切口行白内障超声乳化吸除，植入折叠式人工晶状体 2 4只眼，硬性人工晶状体 17只眼。

Objective To study the technique of using Nd:YAG laser in treating after-cataract in outpatients and to prevent complications.Methods According to the thickness of membrane to choose laser power.The methods of capsulotomy were crossed,horizontal,vertital,can-opening or circular along papillary margin.Results The result was satisfactory.

目的 探讨采用Nd：YAG激光行后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障的方法及其并发症的防治方法回顾分析我院门诊对74例98眼后发性白内障患者进行Nd：YAG激光后囊切开术，探讨根据膜的厚薄选择激光能量，分别采用&十&字切开（若后囊有张力者行张力线切开）、横形、纵形切开及环形或瞳孔缘开罐式切开方法。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
