Methods LASIK was used to treat 66 eyes of ametropia 2 years after cataract extraction and 1OL implantation.

方法对各种原因引起的白内障人工晶体植入术后随访病情稳定时间超过2年的屈光不正患者58例(66只眼)行LASIK，术后随访时间12个月以上。

采用Gullstrand模型眼参数进行以下分析：①非调节状态下正常眼球与硅油填充后眼球的屈光状态；②调节状态下正常眼球与硅油填充后眼球的屈光状态；③无晶状体眼玻璃体腔填充后的屈光状态；④正常眼球与填充硅油后视网膜像放大率变化；⑤硅油填充后的白内障人工晶状体植入术人工晶状体度数的变化。

因此，通过对晶体图像分析系统的诊断指标与相应状态下的晶体形态学、生化改变等进行对比研究，制定白内障的诊断标准和定量的分期分级标准，这样就有一可参照的标准，不但可以对白内障作出早期的判断，对抗白内障药物疗效也会作出正确的评价。
