Through all this test analyse Pathogenicity and Immunological status of ALV-J Inner Mongolia strain, the result showed the infected chickens began to have pathological change of Myelcytomatosis at 3-week: the main pathological changes of acidophile myelocyte were found in bone marrow and between cardiac muscle fibers,and there were many granules in the hyalotome.This kind of oncocyte proliferated in every tissue at different amount, but the cells that proliferated in bone marrow, cardiac muscle fiber, oarium were much more than other tissue, and they often developed neoplasma. At same condition,there were no abnormalty advent in control group, In immunological aspect: the increase of lymphokine and ANAE positive cells showed cell-mediated immunity was strengthend during antineoplastic infection; the emergence of ALV-J antibody of ELISA suggest there was humoral immunity exist at the same time.

结果显示：脾脏PCR检测结果表明1、2两实验组均有阳性病例出现，而对照组全部为阴性，说明实验鸡体内已有ALV-J内蒙株感染；接种病毒后3周龄开始出现骨髓细胞瘤病的病理变化：肝脏、脾脏有程度不同的肿大，镜下观察，骨髓内最早出现了与骨髓细胞相似、形态基本一致的大型圆形或椭圆形、胞核较大多为椭圆形、胞浆内含有大量嗜酸性圆形颗粒的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生，随后通过血流瘤细胞可转移到肝脏、心肌、卵巢或睾丸等组织并形成肿瘤性病灶，而对照组没有出现明显病变；免疫状态方面：以脾脏淋巴因子和ANAE阳性细胞增多说明细胞免疫在抗肿瘤感染过程中增强，ELISA检验实验鸡抗体出现阳性的结果表明同时也存在着体液免疫。

Week. Conclusions The S1 area brain glioma model established by this method in rats had the same characters as human brain glioma. The tumor growth period was short and the subsisting period was stable without extracerebral metastasis and extracranial extension. This model is suitable for laboratory and treatment study of brain gliomas.

该方法建立的S1区脑胶质瘤模型具备与人脑胶质瘤生长相似的特性，肿瘤形成时间短，生存期稳定，且无脑外转移和颅外扩散，适合各种脑胶质瘤实验治疗研究。

Methods: Mice were inoculated with tumor cells. Inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 on murine tumor origined from different inoculative dose and inhibiting effect of immediate transfection pCH510 after chemotherapy on tumor were observed, respectively. By cell culture technique, the influence of chemotherapeutic drug to activation of marcrophages and lymphocytes after i.p. injection of drug was observed. By cell counting method, the kinetics of the change of number of peripheral blood immunocytes induced by administration of chemotherapeutic drug was observed. The inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 five days after chemotherapy on murine tumor was observed.

采用瘤细胞接种建立小鼠肿瘤模型：通过基因转染，观察pCH510对不同接种量所形成的小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用以及小鼠肿瘤化疗后立即进行pCH510转染的抑瘤效果；采用细胞培养技术，观察小鼠体内注射化疗药物后，其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞激活功能的影响；采用细胞计数的方法，观察化疗药物所致小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和外周血免疫细胞数量变化的动力学；另外小鼠肿瘤化疗后第5天进行pCH510转染，观察抑瘤效果。

The strain XZ-SX01-6 was chosen to perform cross-nodulation experiments with 6 legume plants. The results showed that the rhizobium from the broadbean can only nodulate with broadbean and pea.

另外分离自山西的菌株普遍表现出耐低温的特性；选取代表菌株XZ-SX01-6与六种豆科植物进行交叉结瘤试验，试验结果表明蚕豆根瘤菌的宿主专一性较强，除与蚕豆自身结瘤外，只与豌豆结瘤，与菜豆形成白色的无效瘤。

Methods At first, retrovirus vectors encoding IFN-γ or IL-4 gene were constructed. They were transfected into PA317 packaging cells by lipofectamine, PA317IFN-γ and PA317IL-4 cells were obtained. C6 glioma cells were infected with replication deficiency retrovius containing IFN-γ or IL-4 gene, cell morphology、cell growth curve and cloning efficiency assay were examined. The intracranial C6 glioma animal model was established in immunocompetent Wistar rats. PA317IFN-γ and PA317IL-4 cells were stereotactically implanted into the tumor areas alone or together. The survival of tumor bearing rats were examined, tumor volumes were measured and immunohistochemical analyses of CD4〓 and CD8〓 T lymphocyte infiltration were performed.

构建和鉴定携带IL-4或IFN-γ基因的逆转录病毒载体，将其导入逆转录病毒包装细胞PA317，通过G418抗性筛选，得到携带目的基因的包装细胞并鉴定；应用携带IL-4或IFN-γ基因的复制缺陷型逆转录病毒感染C6胶质瘤细胞，观察对C6胶质瘤细胞形态、细胞生长曲线和克隆形成率的影响；建立C6胶质瘤大鼠脑内移植动物模型，将携带IL-4和IFN-γ基因的逆转录病毒包装细胞分别或联合注射到脑内荷瘤大鼠的肿瘤组织中，观察其治疗作用，并初步探讨其机制。

2IVC:MRI showed the stenosis or occlusion of suprahepatic segment of the IVC in 9 patients,of them congenital abnormality was 4 patients,thrombosis was 3 patients and compression by tumor was 2 patients.

The experimental results denoted that the finer pearlite along the austenite boundaries in the as-cast Cr30Ni20NRE steel disappeared first under long-term and high-temperature service condition, and that an umber of Cr- richened carbides were formed due to unila-teral carburizing at long-term and high- temperature, consequently causing Ni to concentrate, bulging and calalyzing decomposition of the carburizing gas.

试验结果表明，长期在高温条件下服役，铸态Cr30Ni20NRE耐热钢中沿奥氏体晶界的珠光首先融入奥氏体，长期高温单边渗碳形成大量富铬碳化物，促使镍富集并起泡形成瘤状物，催化含碳气体的分解；表层瘤状物使辐射管表层疏松，表面积扩张，加快了碳向基体的渗入，提供了碳化物持续长大的条件，并引起沿碳化物周边开裂和奥氏体基体严重萎缩；合金元素的重新分布造成主合金元素铬和镍产生两极分化，镍和硅的富集促使石墨化，与侵入的氧形成内部氧化空洞和膨胀疏松，最终导致构件穿孔失效。

Soybean planted in the yellow brown soil, althongh they had big difference in nodule numbers caused by different inoculation methods, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight because of the poor nutritional conditions. Soybean planted in the brown soil, the difference between different inoculations and fresh shoot weight were obviously because of the balance nutritional conditions. Although there were big difference in nodule numbers when soybean were planted in the peat, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight, this might be caused by peat, the peat were not a natural soil type and the nutritional conditions might be unbalance.

分期采样的结果表明，黄棕壤中栽种的大豆，虽然接种根瘤菌对结瘤作用有较大的影响，但由于黄棕壤的肥力状况欠佳，而对豆科植物地上部分生长的影响未显出作用；棕壤土中栽种的豆科植物，接种根瘤菌在结瘤方面和植物地上部分生长方面，由于土壤肥力状况较为平衡，均表现出明显的效果；草炭土中生长的豆科植物在结瘤方面虽然表现出较大差异，但由于这种土壤的肥力状况不适于豆科植物的生长，而使地上部的生长也未形成统计上的差异。
