结果51例胸腔入口区良性病变包括气管源性病变8例；肺尖疝3例，肺尖肺大泡2例；甲状腺良性肿块21例；食道憩室3例；淋巴结结核5例；血管性病变9例及神经鞘瘤1例。结论螺旋CT-3D和MPR对胸腔入口区良性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断是轴位扫描重要的补充手段。
