Results: Among the 41 cases diagnosed as CAOS by echocardiography, bicuspid aortic valve stenosis was found in 27 cases, quadricuspid aortic valve stenosis in 3 cases, supravalvular aortic stenosis in 2 cases, and subvalvular aortic stenosis in 9 cases. Two of the 8 cases diagnosed had other kind of congenital cardiopathy complications by echocardiography were confirmed by operation research.

结果： 超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄共41例，双瓣27例、四瓣3例、瓣上狭窄2例、瓣下狭窄9例，8例合并其他先天性心脏病者中有2例已经手术证实。

On this plane, the root aorta, the aorta valves, the left and right cardiac atria, the efferent tract of the left ventricle, the left atrioventricular orifice, the bicuspid valve and the right ventricle could be observed.

Methods: After the adult healthy dogs are anesthetized, the animals were perfused and fixed. The bicuspid valve, tricuspid valve, aortic valve, pulmonary valve, pectinate muscles of left and right atrium, different arterial segments and inferior vena cava were removed out and observed under the scanning electron microscope.

健康成年狗麻醉后，常规灌注固定，取出心脏二尖瓣、三尖瓣、主动脉瓣、肺动脉瓣、左右心房梳状肌、不同的动脉段和下腔静脉等，用扫描电镜观察。

Palatal fistulae were repaired by this method, 4 pedicled superior-anteriorly and 14 pedicled posteriorly, 7 of which got velopharyngeal incompetence correction at the same time. Results All of the patients got satisfactory fistula closure except 3 complications. One flap got partly necrosis and two got fistulae at the hard palate. However, the fistula sizes were reduced greatly and one has been re-repaired well by the transferred buccinator musculomucosal flap one year later.

结果：共修复腭瘘患者18例；其中15例腭部瘘孔获得关闭，颊肌黏膜瓣成活良好，无感染、腮腺导管损伤或阻塞、面神经损伤，无张口受限、瘢痕挛缩及咀嚼障碍；2例因岛状颊肌粘膜瓣远端愈合不良再次出现硬腭前端瘘口，但面积较原来明显减小，其中1例再发腭瘘应用已转移到腭部的颊肌粘膜瓣组织行二次手术修复后愈合；1例岛状颊肌粘膜瓣部分坏死。

In recent years,research has involved percutaneous aortic valve replacement,percutaneous mitral valve reconstruction and even percutaneous pulmonary valve replacement after successful application of percutaneous mitral commissurotomy in clinical practice.

除经皮二尖瓣分离术外，近年来还涉及经皮主动脉瓣替换、经皮二尖瓣修复以及经皮肺动脉瓣替换等领域，并取得了一定的成果，文章对此作一概述。

Scar resection in upper lip, orbicularis oris muscle reconstruction, Z-plasty, V-Y plasty or double movable mucomuscular complex flaps for vermilion defects were applied to slight nasolabial deformities. In severe labionasal deformities, Forked flap was used at the upper lip to lengthen columella for patients who have enough upper lip tissue, while for those who have deficient upper lip tissue, the prolabium was advanced into columella for lengthening and an Abbé flap was adopted for upper lip reconstruction. Results Since 2000, we have treated 23 patients of secondary deformities of bilateral cleft lip.

对上唇及鼻畸形较轻者，采用上唇瘢痕切除，口轮匝肌重建，V-Y成形、Z成形术或双侧肌蒂红唇肌粘膜瓣向中间推进矫正红唇口哨畸形；对唇鼻畸形较严重但上唇组织较多者，采用鼻底叉形瓣延长鼻小柱进行矫治；对唇鼻畸形严重并有上唇过紧者，采用前唇组织瓣延长鼻小柱，下唇带蒂组织瓣旋转修复上唇正中缺损。

Fresh weight of reticulum and omasum in group Ⅲ were 21.90% and 19.93% higher than that in group Ⅰ(P＜0.05) and ratio of fresh weight to body weight in group Ⅲ were 29.86 % and 27.68 % higher than that in group Ⅰ(P＜0.05); 3the development of reticulum and omasum was better with the increase contents of forage.

试验结果表明：（1）各试验组网胃和瓣胃的黏膜结构均比较完整；（2）网胃和瓣胃的鲜重及鲜重/体重随日粮中粗料比例的增加而提高，Ⅲ组网胃和瓣胃的鲜重比Ⅰ组分别高出21.90%和19.93%(P＜0.05)；鲜重/体重方面，Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组分别高出29.86%和27.68%(P＜0.05)；（3）随日粮中粗饲料含量的增加，网胃和瓣胃的组织形态发育情况更好。

Methods: Between 1984 and 1996, there were 44 cases of head and neck cancer that underwent radical surgery and had the pharyngealdefect reconstructed with a muscular flap. Three different muscular flaps were used includig the masseter muscular flap 27 cases, the pectoralis major muscular flap 15 cases, and the sternocleidomastoid muscular flap 2 cases.

自1984年至1996年，共44例头颈部碰症病患经彻底手术切除后，以肌肉瓣做咽部缺损之重建，其中27例以嚼肌肌肉瓣重建，15例以胸大肌肌肉瓣重建，2例以胸锁乳突肌肌肉瓣(sternocleidomastoid muscular flap)重建。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
