Forty adult female rats were divided randomly into 4 groups:① Pseudo-operation control group: no ovariotomy, no common carotid artery occlusion;② Cerebral ischemia reperfusion group: with CCAO only, no OE;③ Ovariotomized control group: with OE and CCAO, no estradiol;④ Estradiol supplement group: with OE, CCAO and estradiol supplemented (30 d after ovariotomy, estradiol was supplemented every day for 14 d). All the rats were sacrificed after 12h of reperfusion injury, 10% of brain tissue was homogenized and 10% alue was determined by UV spectrophotometer, NO content was detected, and frozen sections and NOSmRNA in-situ hybridization were performed.

取SD大鼠40只随机分为4组：①假手术对照组：不切除卵巢，不夹闭颈总动脉；②脑缺血再灌注组：作局灶性脑缺血再灌注手术，不切除卵巢；③去卵巢对照组：切除卵巢，作局灶性脑缺血再灌注手术，不补充雌激素；④补充雌激素组：切除卵巢，作局灶性脑缺血再灌注手术，补充雌激素（切除双侧卵巢30d开始补充雌激素，连续2周）。

The diffusive XGPN shows cystic-solid multi-occupying with the whole kidney involved and kidney renal pelvis and calices enlarged. The lesions were extensive with unclear border which made the perirenal space dim renal fasciae thicken and with the abscess formation of psoas and abdominal wall. The localized XGPN shows mass in the renal parenchyma with low density clear border after enhancement and rim enhancement.

弥漫型累及全肾，肾影增大，肾盂肾盏扩大积液，肾实质幕粥发囊实性占位，病变分界不清，向肾外扩展，肾周间隙模糊，肾筋膜增厚并累及腰大肌，腹壁脓肿形成；局灶型表现为肾实质内局限性占位，病灶区呈略低密度灶，增强后边界清晰，病灶内见环形强化，而略低密度灶者强化较明显，但仍低于肾实质。

Two cases were isointense or hypointense signal on T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI and T2WI STIR. Conclusion Enhanced CT clearly showed calcification and blood supply of the tumor while MRI showed small hemorrhage, cystis foci, necrosis and central stellate scar of the tumor. MRI can provide more useful information in detecting chromophobe cell renal carcinoma.

结论肾脏嫌色细胞癌属少血供肿瘤，CT能清晰显示肿瘤内钙化灶和血供情况，而MRI容易检出肿瘤内小出血灶、囊变坏死灶以及中央星状瘢痕，可对肾脏嫌色细胞癌的诊断提供更多更有价值的信息。

Results Among the total 26 patients, epileptogenic zones were localized by long-term video-EEG recording in 16 patients and MRI in 12 patients and intracranial electrodes in 4 patients.
