Objective The clinical features of hepatogenic gastric ulcer secondary to cirrhosis from B hepatitis was observed and its management with light doses of propanolol tried.

Management with light doses of propanolol was effective for hepatogenic gastric ulcer , however it has been unlikely to respond to tranditional therapy and prone to bleed because of portal hypertension.

肝源性溃疡难以治愈且易并出血，门静脉高压因素可能从中发挥的作用，小剂量心得安有助于肝源性溃疡愈合。

Objective To investigate the effects of nano traditional Chinese medicine on experimental hypofunction of spleen ulcerative colitis rat model.

目的 研究纳米中药对鼠急性脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎模型的影响方法利用苦寒泻下中药番泻叶，灌服大鼠，使其产生脾虚症状，再用冰乙酸化学刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎病理模型。

Results:67(30.45%)strains of H.pylori were isolated from gastric mucosa;The positive of H.pylori rate was 20.15%(27/134),48.72%(38/78)and 25.00%(2/8)in gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer respectively.Among 67 isolates,23 strains 34.33%(23/67), were resistant to clarithromycin,and other stains were sensitive;No intermedial sensitive strain was found in these isolates.

结果：220例胃粘膜标本H.pylori培养阳性率为30.45%(67/220)；胃炎培养阳性率为20.15%(27/134)；消化性溃疡培养阳性率为48.72%(38/78)；胃癌培养阳性率为25.00%(2/8)；消化性溃疡组H.pylori培养阳性率明显高于胃炎组和胃癌组。67例H.pylori菌株克拉霉素耐药23株，占34.33%(23/67)；敏感株44株，占65.67%(44/67)；未发现克拉霉素中介株。

Indications: gastrointestinal bleeding: n = 30 (16 positive findings: four ulcerative jejunitis, four polyps, two angiodysplasia, two blue rubber blebs, two Meckel's diverticula, one anastomotic ulcer, one reduplication); suspected Crohn's disease: n = 20 (11 had Crohn's disease); abdominal pain: n = 12 (six positive findings: three Crohn's disease, two lymphonodular hyperplasia, one blue rubber bleb); protein loss: n = 9; malabsorption: n = 12 (seven positive findings: six enteropathy, one ascaris).

适应症：胃肠道出血：n = 30（16例阳性结果：4例溃疡性空肠炎、4例息肉、2例血管发育不良、2例蓝色橡皮泡、2例麦克尔憩室、1例吻合处溃疡、1例增殖）；可疑性克罗恩氏病：n = 20（11例克罗恩氏病）；腹部疼痛：n = 12（6例阳性结果：3例克罗恩氏病、2例淋巴小结增生、1例蓝色橡皮泡）；蛋白质丢失：n = 9（4例淋巴管扩张）；吸收不良：n = 12（7例阳性结果：6例肠病、1例蛔虫）。

Then the index of ulcer was measured and the ulcer inhibitory rate was measured.Results: The weight of ear of mice treated with XSG was reduced compared with that of normal group,and the joint swelling of rat was less than that of normal group. The latence of sole-ache caused by hot-plate and bellyache caused by acetic were both delayed and the times of skewing body within 15 minute were reduced compared with that of the normal group.
