AIM: To investigate the distribution and diagnosis of recurrent aphthous stomatitis for better prevention and treatment.

Methods ELISA assay was used to measure the concentrations of calprotectin in feces of 30 UC patients and 20 healthy controls. The disease activity of UC was determined by Truelove Witts histological criteria.

选取溃疡性结肠炎患者30例和正常对照20例，采用ELISA方法测定粪便中钙卫蛋白含量，溃疡性结肠炎组织学严重程度根据Truelove Witts标准判断，与红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白进行比较

Objective:Through 120 clinical cases observation for the curing of ulcerous colitis by using Tong Fu Ning Pellet and a comparative analysis and inquiry for the results for the purpose of providing academic basis for a wider application of Tong Fu Ning Pellet to cure ulcerous colitis.

目的：通过用通腑宁颗粒治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎120例临床观察，并对结果进行对照分析探讨，为临床更为广泛地应用通腑宁颗粒治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎提供理论依据。

RESULTS: The skin flaps were survived completely in 50 cases, only 1 case was necrosis partially and healed after changing dressing. Forty-two cases were followed up for 16 months to 9 years (66 months in average), the varicosis and ulcer were healed in 39 cases and only 3 relapsed in ulceration.

结果 51例术后移植皮片全部成活50例，1例移植皮片部分坏死，经换药愈合。42例获得16个月～9年(平均66个月)随访，39例下肢静脉曲张和溃疡未复发，湿疹痊愈，疗效满意；3例溃疡复发，但未见下肢静脉曲张复发。

Methods:Anti-inflammation of XSG was observed by mouse model of auricle swelling and rat model of ankle joint swelling caused by xylol and egg-white respectively,and analgesia was tested by hot-plate caused sole-ache and acetic caused bellyache.Gastric ulcer model rats was duplicated in by Reserpine and Acetate.

采用小鼠二甲苯性耳廓肿法、大鼠蛋清性关节肿法进行抗炎实验观察；采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法进行镇痛实验观察；用利血平、腹腔注射及冰乙酸直接胃壁注射复制大鼠胃溃疡模型，观察香砂六君颗粒对两种胃溃疡动物模型的溃疡指数的影响并计算溃疡抑制率。

Results: Compared to blank control group, medicine group and alimentotherapy group both had lower average ulcerative indexes; their respective suppressive ratios were 36.76% and 61.03%.

Of 28 diabetic patients with chronic Wagner grades I-III foot ulcers without clinical symptoms of arteriopathy, 87% had type 2 diabetes. Average age was 60.2 9.7 years, and average diabetes duration was 18.2 6.6 years. All patients had signs of neuropathy, and their ulcers had failed to improve during three months of full standard treatment. Subjects were randomized to receive HBO, twice daily, five days weekly for two weeks, or to a control group.
