This article in view of the network structure of polyether polyurethane ,through the increase of functional additive to PET ,such as ternary copolymer, polyvinylalcohol, special modified hydroxy-functional acrylic resin, flexibility epoxy resin, nitrocellulose, to study the kind of functional additive, addition, craft to the effect of PET mechanics performance.

本文针对PET结构特点，通过在PET中添加三元树脂、聚乙烯醇、改性含羟基丙烯酸树脂、可挠性环氧树脂、硝化棉等功能助剂，研究了功能助剂种类、添加量以及工艺条件对PET力学性能的影响。

Furthermore, the metallic glass samples are prepared by vacuum injection method and the rationality of above-mentioned relationships and RBF models is directly verified. It is shown that there are extremum phenomena between the Rc andΔd ,Δe and v respectively. However, the positions of the extremum are different from different alloy systems and the extremum phenomena may be related to the optimum composition region and the optimum additive quantity. More elements in the alloy are in favor of the improvement of the GFA. And as for the high GFA alloy, the atomic percentage, atomic radius difference and atomic electronegativity difference are harmoniously matched.

The results show that proper control of additive, flocculating agent, temperature, stir speed, quantity of each agent and other process parameters could effectively remove the impurities in the coagulation bath such as the solid, big molecules in the forms of undissolved colloid and semi-colloid. The sizes of flocculates are big and loose, ready to precipitate, therefore the impurity removing effect is very ideal, greatly improving the exchange ability of the ion exchange resin in the subsequent process.

For different surface roughness of electrodes and glycol concentration of glycol/water mixture, pressurized water breakdown experiments are carried out. Experimental results suggest that Mirza's formula is valid and independent of surface roughness and glycol concentration, and it is accumulative for surface polish, glycol additive, and pressurization for the capability to improve electrical breakdown strength. Moreover, the increase of electrical breakdown strength of water dielectric for surface polish is explained with bubble breakdown. Especially, highest stress of 235.5kV/cm observed in glycol/water mixture with a glycol concentration of 80% at a hydrostatic pressure of 12atm is about one time greater than that in pure water at constant pressure.
