Color analyzer is used to measure the effects of mixing the color of both performer's make up and stage lighting, in order to explore the influences of different stage lighting on foundation and eye shadow colors. By comparing combinations of stage lighting and colors, we aim to provide an overall modeling design in performing art for reference.

Sol–gel/diaminobenzoic acid hybrid materials were also generated to be used as the MALDI matrices for the analysis of oligonucleotides. It is because that DABAs have good molar absorptivity at wavelength of 337 nm. Furthermore, two amino functional groups attached to the aromatic ring in DABAs can also suppress the cation adductions of oligonucleotides and leave the protons to the oligonucleotides during MALDI-MS analysis. This matrix system can be used as an alternative for the analysis of oligonucleotides.

本论文也利用双胺基苯甲酸与溶胶凝胶混成产物当做MALDI基质来分析DNA分子，利用双胺基苯甲酸本身具有吸收雷射的特性，且其含胺之官能基可和钠、钾离子竞争DNA上磷酸根的负离子结合部位，因此可和DNA有较强的亲合力，而在脱附游离的过程中并可转移质子给磷酸根，可有效降低盐类的干扰，此一基质系统可取代传统MALDI基质混合胺盐的效果，适合用於DNA样品的分析。

We controlled the composition of reactants and reaction time to study their relations and their effects on optical characteristics, morphology and physical property of the formed coatings. The particle size of silica and modified silica were measured by TEM and light scattering. The surface morphologies of the films were observed by FESEM, SEM, and α-step. FTIR and EDAX were employed to investigate the chemical bondings in the coatings.

实验中调整反应组成物(TEOS、HCl、DPHA、MSMA)和反应条件彼此间的反应关系作分析，探讨反应物添加量对混成材料的光学、形态学、物性之影响，利用粒径分析仪，TEM观察粒径大小及分布、利用FESEM，SEM，α-step观察表面形态学，，而其化学分析部份，利用FTIR，EDAX检测其化学结构及元素分析。
