Starting with the reason of marginalization of law major in medical universities, this article points out that in order to completely solve the problem we should strengthen the integration of school resource, interschool resource and social resource, and thus accelerating sound development of law major in medical universities.

本文从分析医学院校法学专业发展边缘化的原因入手，指出要根本解决这一问题，应当进一步加强校内资源、校际资源和社会资源的深层整合，促进医学院校法学专业的良性发展。

Huang Minghua, female, born in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, graduated from Law Department of Hunan University and obtained the degree of bachelor of law in 2005. In 2008, she graduated from Law Department of Xiamen University and obtained the degree of master of law.
