In this paper, a new way of combined application of the energy method and the weighted residuals method to construct finite elements is proposed, Firstlly, the condition of displacement continuity is relaxed using the method of weighted residuals.

本文将能量法和加权残值法结合起来，构造非协调位移元，特点是(1)做法简便——用加权残值法来放松单元间位移连续条件。

Secondly, we combine the theories of monotone operator and maximal monotone operator's Yosida approaching with domain method to prove the solution's existence of set-valued input-output equation in R n in the similar economical backgrounds in present articles too and then gain the solution's continuity by interior approaching method,at last we give the responding economical meaning about the solution's existence and continuity.

对于R n空间中消耗为单调集值型的投入产出方程，也在现有文献类似的经济背景之下，利用单调算子的理论以及极大单调算子的Yosida逼近结合邻域逼近法给出了投入产出方程的解的存在性的证明，接着利用内部逼近法结合方程截断技巧对投入产出方程的解的连续性给予了证明，然后顺便简单的介绍了运用外部逼近法来得到方程的解的连续性的思路，最后也给出了相对应于存在性和连续性的经济意义。

But it is a hard task to solve this equation, one reason is that the TV-norm is nondifferentiable when |▽_u|= 0, so we cant apply a linearizationtechnique such as the Newton method. The other reason is that the Euler-Lagrange equation has a highly nonlinear term. The Newton method for such equation is known to have a very small domain of convergence, and it is very difficult to make sure that the initial value such as the observed image belongs to this domain. So the Newton method is not an ideal method for solving this equation.

但是求解它比较困难，主要是因为TV-范数在|▽u|=0处不可微，不能用诸如牛顿法之类的方法将其线性化；且Euler-Lagrange方程含有一个高度非线性的项，牛顿法只有局部收敛性，对于高度非线性问题它的收敛域很小，因此难以保证所取的初始点在它的收敛域内，故一般不用牛顿法直接求解。
