We study the expression levels of GLUT1 in 16 samples of esophageal cancer and their normal mucosa by reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemical staining, analyse the correlation between the expression level of GLUT1 mRNA and protein in the tumor cells. Then we study the expression levels of GLUT1 in 55 patients with esophageal cancer by immnohistochemical staining, analyse the relationship between GLUT1 expression and clinical features of the patients.

我们采用逆转录聚合酶链反应和免疫组化染色的方法，研究GLUT1 mRNA及蛋白在16例食管癌病人的肿瘤组织和相应正常食管粘膜的表达水平，同时分析食管癌组织中GLUT1在mRNA水平和蛋白水平表达的相关性；采用免疫组化染色的方法研究55例食管癌病人肿瘤标本的GLUT1表达水平，并分析其与肿瘤的临床特性及预后的关系。

本研究采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表，对258名中小学教师进行测试，探讨中小学教师心理健康的状况，结果表明：中小学教师的心理健康水平低于全国普通人群，心理健康问题的检出率为15.9%，按其阳性症状的表现程度依次为：强迫、躯体化、人际敏感、敌对、抑郁、偏执、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性；小学教师的心理健康状况比中学教师好，高中教师的心理健康状况最差；男女教师心理健康水平在总体上基本相当；班主任和非班主任的心理健康水平基本相当，没有显著差异；各年龄阶段的教师心理健康水平基本相当；离婚的中小学教师各因子分略高于未婚和结过婚的教师，但差异不显著。

ELISA showed that antibody responses induced by propolis vaccine were faster than that of oil-emulsion vaccines and aluminum hydroxide vaccines;antibody responses induced by oil-emulsion vaccines were longer in duration than that of propolis vaccines and aluminum hydroxide vaccines;the maximum antibody responses induced by oil-emulsion vaccines and propolis vaccines were higher than that of aluminum hydroxide vaccines;Antibody levels were all significantly boosted by revaccination of these vaccines and in addition to this,oil-emulsion vaccines showed longer antibody duration.

这七种疫苗在抗体产生速度方面以蜂胶苗较快，而油剂苗和铝胶苗免疫后抗体上升速度较慢；在抗体水平的维持能力方面，油剂苗较蜂胶苗和铝胶苗更强；在产生最高抗体水平方面，油剂苗和蜂胶苗能力相当且较铝胶苗为高；在加强免疫的效果方面，这些疫苗二次免疫所产生的抗体水平均较一次免疫更高，蜂胶苗和铝胶苗在第93天时的二免抗体水平已降至同一免相当，但此时油剂苗有着较一免更高的二免抗体水平。

The difference of ILK's experession on mRNA level in different concentration of glucose and HGF are detected by means of revers transcription-polymerase chain reaction,and by means of immunohistochemistry to detect their difference in protein level;the effection of HGF to the FN's secretary in high glucose are detected by means of enzyme linked innunosorbent assay.

Each medicine used in the study totally has obivious effect on lens sodium-pump. Either on the molecular and cellular level or on the histological and organic level , they all have their distinctive demonstration. 1.Ouabain、Digoxine、DMSO decrease the expression of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level , the cell morphology and ultramicroscopic structure demonstrated destructive effect,it indicates the cause of cataract of the medicines.2.D-thyroxine、Amphotericin B、Vitamin E increase the expression of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level ,from the demonstration of the cell morphology and ultramicroscopic structure ,it indicates the medicines have protective or anti-distructive effect on lens.3.The medicines have isoform-specific action on lens sodium-pump,it indicates exploitting isoform-specific medicine has a promising clinical application.4. Lens sodium-pumps are inhibited probably lead to cataract, so in clinical medication, especially to the cardiovascular doctor, while he is using the sodium-pump inhibitors, he should pay more attention to adjust the dosage and duration of the drug therapy. 5. To creat the animal model of cataract through inhibiting lens sodium-pump, whether it can be a kind of classical method or not, it is worthy of further research.

本研究所选用的药物对晶状体钠泵均有明显的影响作用，在分子水平、细胞水平、组织器官水平均有特异的表现：1、哇巴因、地高辛、二甲基亚砜三种药物可降低晶状体钠泵α亚单位在 mRNA水平的表达，在细胞形态和超微结构上表现为损伤效应，提示了其潜在的导致白内障的可能。2、D甲状腺素、两性霉素B、维生素 E三种药物可升高晶状体钠泵α亚单位在 mRNA水平的表达，从细胞形态和超微结构上的表现，提示了其对晶状体有保护作用或抗损伤效应。3、药物作用于晶状体钠泵具有重整异构特异性，提示了开发出特异的具有重整异构作用的药物是极有临床应用前景的。4晶状体钠泵抑制后可能导致白内障的发生，故临床用药，尤其是心内科医生在使用这些钠泵抑制剂时应注意调整用药剂量及药物疗程。5 通过抑制晶状体钠泵来制作白内障动物模型能否成为一种经典的制作方法，还有待于进一步研究。

The aims of disaster study and risk study are tent to unanimousness, both will offer the theoretical basis for sustainable development models. Regional safety construction based on disaster study is converting into regional risk management system based on risk study. So the authors consider that sustainable development model is the regional development model under a certain risk level, and the risk level relies on the regional safety construction level that integrates the regional economic level and social cultural system. Strengthening subject construction of disaster and risk study in China, national laboratory construction, and organization and practice of key items are imperative. And we should put the study emphasis on the vulnerability assessment system and models, risk assessment system and models, disaster and risk management mode of typical region, disaster and risk emergency control scenario, disaster and risk regions.

灾害与风险研究的目标正在趋向一致，都集中在为可持续发展模式提供科学依据；基于灾害研究的区域安全建设正在向基于风险研究的区域风险管理体系转变，由此认为可持续发展模式就是接受一定风险水平条件下的区域发展模式，一定风险水平依赖于由区域经济水平与社会文化体系相关联的区域安全建设水平；加强我国灾害与风险科学研究的学科建设、国家实验室建设、重大项目的组织与实施已势在必行；重点开展灾害脆弱性评价体系与评价模型、风险评价体系与风险评价模型、典型区域灾害与风险管理范式、灾害与风险应急控制预案、灾害与风险区划等方面的研究。
