Based on both oblique functions and magnitude of the patterns, 59 cases of V pattern were divided into three groups and treated with three surgical methods, vertical transposition of horizontal recti, inferior oblique weakness and vertical transposition of horizontal recti combined with inferior oblique weakness.

59例V征患者根据下斜肌功能及上下25°注视时的斜视度差分别采取水平肌后徙和/或缩短+下斜肌减弱术、水平肌后徙和/或缩短+下斜肌减弱术+水平肌垂直移位术、水平肌后徙和/或缩短+水平肌垂直移位术，术前术后检查眼位及双眼视功能情况，观察三种手术方式的效果。

Results: The mean UI in Chongqing district were higher than proper iodide standard defined by international Council for control of iodine deficiency disorders,and the UI in HT groups were significantly increased compared with Con(P.05). The thyrocele and ophthalmopathy in AITD became more and severer accompanying UI increasing, the rate of goiter and endocrine ophthalmopathy in high iodide AITD was significantly higher than PI AITD( P.05).In the meantime, the positive percentage of TGAb and TPOAb also increased evidently in HI compared with PI(P.05).Cytokine IL-1?

结果：三组患者的平均UI水平高于国际碘缺乏理事会规定的适碘范围，HT患者的UI水平较正常人显著升高（P.05）；在AITD患者UI水平的升高伴随着甲状腺肿大、眼部并发症等临床症状的加重，高碘组与适碘组相比差异有显著性（P.05），且随着UI水平的提高，TGAb和TPOAb阳性百分率明显提高，不同UI水平各组间和每两组间有显著差异(P.05)。

In order to solve the frost heave and thaw settlement, the model tests were made in Tibetan Plateau. Two kinds of model were designed to horizontal drain structure embankment and the ventilation embankment in suit. The effect of horizontal plastic drain was analyzed in contrast with the ventilation embankment. The mechanisms of horizontal plastic drain were studied in permafrost, such as gravity draining in the superficial layer and structure stiffing in the embankment in the theory. According to the design theory, the parameters of horizontal plastic drain were confirmed in the embankment. The values of deformation were inspected by fiber monitor system in the permafrost embankment.

为了解决青藏高原的冻土浅层雨季雨水下渗和蒸发所产生的冻土冻胀与融沉问题，在青藏高原开展水平排水板结构性路基和普通通风路基的原位模型对比试验，并从理论上探讨水平排水板在多年冻土路基中浅层重力排水和结构加劲的作用机理，确定水平排水板的铺设参数；运用光纤监测技术对水平排水板在多年冻土路基中的变形进行监测，对比分析水平排水板铺设与否这2种条件下冻土路基变形监测结果。

摘 要：为了解决青藏高原的冻土浅层雨季雨水下渗和蒸发所产生的冻土冻胀与融沉问题，在青藏高原开展水平排水板结构性路基和普通通风路基的原位模型对比试验，并从理论上探讨水平排水板在多年冻土路基中浅层重力排水和结构加劲的作用机理，确定水平排水板的铺设参数；运用光纤监测技术对水平排水板在多年冻土路基中的变形进行监测，对比分析水平排水板铺设与否这2种条件下冻土路基变形监测结果。

RESULTS: Wound healing rate, wound healing time, histopathology analysis, quantity assay of macrophage, determination of hydroxyproline, proliferation of cell, assay of DNA contents and circle of cells, level of transforming growth factor-alpha, levels of interleukin-1, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor, assay of keratinocyte collagenase-1, level of fibroblast growth factor receptor-1, level of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and level of keratinocyte plasminogen activator inhabitor type 2 were selected as the evaluation criteria of wound healing.

结果 筛选了创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、组织病理学分析、巨噬细胞定量分析、羟脯氨酸含量测定、细胞增殖情况、细胞DNA含量和细胞周期分析、转化生长因子-α水平、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子水平、角质细胞胶原酶-1含量测定、成纤维细胞生长因子受体-1水平、单核细胞化学诱导蛋白-1水平和角质细胞纤溶酶原活化抑制剂-2水平等十三种创面愈合评价指标。

The author makes research on eight high-level sports teams from eight universities and colleges respectively of Hebei. The following suggestions are put forward in respect of the developing strategy and the following conclusion are drawn: 1 the teams lies in mid-position of China; 2 the management constraints its development; 3 recommending excellent players for admission to the college is effective means to prevent them from being away; 4 the coach should not be fixed to it position.

通过对我省八所高水平运动队试办学校的调查研究，着重从现状与发展对策方面得出以下结论与建议：(1)我省高水平运动队总体实力属全国中等水平；(2 )管理模式是制约我省高水平运动队发展的根本所在；(3)学校单考直接保送是防止优秀运动员外流的有效方法；(4 )教练员专职化是目前影响教练员水平提高的首要因素。

Of 12 tomato lines, the analysis on the 4 fruit nourishment quality traits (the contents of vitamin C, total soluble solids and dry matter and ratio of sugar-acid ) was carried out to study the four kinds of disparities, which included the interspecific one, the one between two varieties in the same species , the one between the lines bred by different means in the same variety ,and the one between the different fruit-shaped lines in the same variety .The analytic method of orthogonal comparison of single degree of freedom was applied. The results showed that the line of Lycopersicum pimpinellifolium was better than the average of the lines of L.esculentum in the 4 traits at significant level of 1%, the average of the lines of var.cerasiforme was better than the average of the lines of var.vulgare in the 4 traits at significant level of 5% or 1%,and the two space mutation line(YH02-2 or YH02-6) was better than the average of the other lines of the same variation in the 4 trait, respectively, at significant level of 1%. Of the lines of var.cerasiforme , the lines with pear fruit were lower than the average of the lines with round-shaped or plum-shaped fruits in the 2traits(the contents of vitamin C and total soluble solids), at significant level of 1%,the lines with plum-shaped fruits were higher than the average of the lines with round-shaped fruits, at significant level of 1%,and the lines with yellow-colored fruits(YH02-11) was lower than the average of the lines with red-colored fruits(YH02-1and YH02-7) in the trait of the contents of vitamin C.

对12个品系进行种间、种内变种间、变种内不同选育方式间、变种内不同果实形状间在果实营养品质（果实维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、干物质含量和糖酸比）上的差异进行分析，采用统计学上单一自由度正交比较分析法与植物学分类相结合的方法进行分析，结果表明：醋栗番茄种品系YH02-12在4个营养品质性状上，极显著高于普通番茄种品系；樱桃番茄变种品系在4个营养品质性状上的平均水平极显著或显著高于普通番茄变种品系的平均水平；2个空间诱变品系YH02-2、YH02-6在4个营养品质性状上均极显著高于同变种的其他品系的平均水平；樱桃番茄变种品系中，梨形果品系YH02-5、YH02-8的果实维生素C、可溶性固形物含量均极显著地低于樱桃番茄变种中圆形或李形品系的平均水平，李形果品系YH02-9在4个营养品质性状上均极显著地高于圆形果品系的平均水平，黄色圆形果品系YH02-11的果实维生素C偏低于红色圆形果品系YH02-1和YH02-7。

There exists a positive correlation in the analysis of the relationship between the students" proficiency test of self-explanation and academic performances in the correlation reaearch of the students" proficiency test of self-explanation and academic performances: there is a close relationship between academic performances of students and the mastery level of chemical concept study. As for the students with higher level of self-explanation,their quality of learning is higher and their academic performances are relatively better, proving that there is a close positive correlation between the academic performance of the test subjects and their self-explanation ability.

在对自我解释水平与学科成绩方面的相关性的研究中通过对被试学生的自我解释水平测试与学科成绩之间的分析发现了两者之间存在着正相关；学生的化学学科成绩与化学概念学习掌握水平之间存在着密切的关系，自我解释水平较高的学生化学概念学习质量较高，学科成绩也比较好，化学学科成绩与学生自我解释水平的存在着密切的正相关。

The results showed that (1) COX-2 mRNA and protein existed in the mature male rat testis. COX-2 was localized in spermatocytes by immunohistochemistry.(2) COX-2 also existed in adult man testis. COX-2 protein was positively stained in spermatocytes and Leydig cells.(3) 2 weeks after administration of rofecoxib, the level of testosterone in the whole testis reached its lower values, being only 50% of control values. However, testosterone level recovered during 4 weeks. After such treatment, histologic examination of these testes showed atrophy of the seminiferous tubules and maturation arrest of spermatogenesis.(4) 2 weeks post-EDS, expression of COX-2 decreased significantly (P.005), in comparison with vehicle-treatment control. 4 weeks after treatment, a new generation of fetal like Leydig cells repopulated in the testicular interstitium resulting in COX-2 expression partially recovered. Although the expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein are enhanced at 8th week after using external testosterone, it wasn't significant higher than control group.

实验研究证明：(1)正常成年雄性大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2在mRNA和蛋白质水平均存在表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞；正常成年男性睾丸组织中同样存在COX-2表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞和Leydig细胞；(2)服用特异性COX-2酶抑制剂rofecoxib 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮的含量减少，为正常对照组的50％；持续用药4周后睾丸组织内睾酮浓度逐渐恢复至正常水平；COX-2酶活性降低后病理组织切片显示睾丸内曲细精管萎缩，生精紊乱，持续用药4周时影响最明显；(3)注射特异性Leydig细胞杀灭剂EDS 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度降至极低水平时，COX-2的蛋白和基因表达水平也显著低于正常空白对照组（P.005）；使用EDS后第4周，睾丸组织中的睾酮浓度逐渐回升，同样组织中COX-2蛋白表达和mRNA表达水平也相应提高接近正常水平；使用EDS后4周开始给予外源性睾酮，6周和8周时COX-2表达水平的绝对值虽有提高，但与正常大鼠空白对照组比较并无显著性差异，说明外源性雄激素刺激睾丸合成COX-2的作用并不明显。
