In the pituitary, the pattern of ghrelin mRNA expression during oestrous cycle markedly decreased in the estrus and metestrus. In the ovary, ghrelin mRNA exhibited with the highest level in the diestrus and the lowest in the proestrus, which was different from those in the hypothalamus and pituitary.

Twenty-eight prototrophic revertants of the tryptophan auxotrophs were obtained through spotaneous back mutation from colonies grown on synthetic medium plates or nodules of plants. Most of the revertants have resumed the nodulation abilities and enhanced nitrogen fixation activities as evidenced by darker green color, higher dry weight and more nitrogen contents in shoot than those of the wild type strain 8-1-4A did in pot experiments. However, noodulation abilities decreased to some extent and no significant differences were found in the mass of nodules compared with the parent strain.

通过自发回复突变，从培养平板和根瘤中分离到28个色氨酸原养回复突变型菌株，对其中25株进行植物盆栽试验证明其中24株菌的结瘤功能得到了恢复，而且固氮酶活性普遍比出发菌有所提高，其中41％达到极显著水平，18％达到显著水平，植株地上部分干重及含氮量也有不同程度的提高，唯有根瘤数比出发菌有所降低，其中23％降低达极显著水平，11％降低达显著水平。

Results The level of antibodies against monocytes (34.94%) were higher than that of the antibodies against lymphocytes (26.67%) in pretransplant patients. The level of antibodies in first time transplant patients (32.5%) was lower than that of antibodies in retransplant patients (59.7%). The patients with intensity of antibodies against monocytes PRA more than ≥50%only accounted for 1.87%, 10%MPRA50%for 17.62%and MPRA10%15.44%,respectively.Conclusion Before renal transplantation, the detection of MPRA level could predict the occurrence of rejection in renal transplantation.

结果 肾移植术前患者的抗单核细胞抗体水平较抗淋巴细胞抗体水平高，其百分比分别为34.94%和26.67%；而从患者初次和再次肾移植前的比较中可见，初次比再次产生的抗单核细胞抗体水平要低，其百分比分别为32.05%和59.7%；对于抗单核细胞抗体群体反应性抗体的强度，MPRA≥50%的只占1.87%，而50%10%以及MPRA结论在肾移植术前检测患者MPRA水平，对肾移植后的排斥反应能起到预测目的。

选体重近似一致、健康的1日龄艾维茵肉用仔鸡300只，随机分为5个处理，每个处理3个重复，采用单因子设计比较研究了复合氨基酸螯合微量元素(Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn)高铜水平(Cu 250 mg／kg)、NRC水平、0.5倍NRC水平、0水平和硫酸盐对肉用仔鸡生产性能、腿病发生率和死亡率的影响。

From this study, both low hCG and high hCG are adversity to pregnancy, hCG level reflect the growth and function situation of trophocyte which is the main component of placenta, whereas, the level of steroid hormone which close to hCG directly influence whether pregnancy will maintain, but in some cases being short of oxygen in uterine placenta local, usually display hCG level higher than normal pregnancy.

在正常妊娠时hCG过低往往预示着流产的可能，从本研究结果看，可能不仅仅是hCG水平过低对妊娠不利，hCG水平很高对妊娠也不利。hCG水平的高低反映了作为胎盘主要组份的滋养细胞的生长情况与功能，而与hCG水平高低密切相关的类固醇激素的高低直接影响了妊娠能否持续下去。

The result showed that:(1) the unrenewable industrial assistance emergy were mainly in the region of farming eco-economic system, and the chemical fertilizers greater impacted on agriculture output;(2) the intensity of emergy use was higher than the national average on agriculture, which indicated that there were a higher levels of investment in science and technology in the region;(3) the net output rate of emergy in the planting economic ecosystem was higher than the level of the national average and developed regions of guangdong province, which showed that the system had higher economic vitality, and the better function of agricultural system, more efficient operation, higher returns of emergy;(4) the rate of environmental loading was a lower level, which indicated that agricultural production had less pressure on the entire regional ecosystems, and caused less damage to the ecological environment, and agriculture, environmental resources for further development and utilization;(5) the sustainable development index in yanqi basin indicated that farming systems in the region belonged to sustainable development areas.

结果表明：(1)焉耆盆地绿洲2006种植业生态经济系统的能值投入以不可更新的工业辅助能为主。在不可更新工业辅助能中，化肥对农业的产出影响较大；(2)该区域的能值利用强度高于全国平均水平，说明农业的科技投入水平较高；(3)系统的净能值产出率高于全国平均水平和发达地区水平，表明系统具有较高的经济活力，农业系统整体功能较好，运转效率较高，能值回报率较高；(4)农业生产对整个区域生态系统的压力较轻，引起的生态环境破坏较小，农业环境资源还有进一步开发利用的潜力；(5)焉耆盆地种植业系统具有可持续发展的潜力。

The analysis of correlation indicated that tobacco breeding with higher potassium content has the characteristics of higher stalk height, wider stalk circumference, longer leaf and more leaf number comparatively. The correlations between potassium content and nicotin among top, middle and bottom tobacco leaves were all negative. The correlation among potassium content and malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase, conductance ratio; and protein, solubility sugar, chlorophyl and free water/bondage water were all attained marked level, however, the essence of correlation was different: the former was negative but the latter was positive. 4.The analysis of heterosis demonstrated there were different degree heterosis in the potassium content of tobacco leaf and other correlated characters, including agriculture, physiology and biochemistry.

本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查和实验等方法，从重视基层业余水平田径运动员的训练、加强对业余水平运动员训练方法的研究为出发点，针对学校体育教学及业余训练中水平一般且未达到国家二级锻炼标准的400m跑运动员，依据国内400m跑专项高水平教练员、优秀体育教师多年训练实践的成功经验以及相关文献资料的积累，以影响400m跑专项成绩提高的主要内容指标，即速度指标、速度耐力指标、有氧耐力指标以及力量指标四个方面为切入点，从理论上初步对男子400m跑二级运动员专项训练的指标模式进行构建，并运用模式训练相关理论原理，通过实验前、后运动员成绩的对比分析，寻求符合其专项训练的最终指标模式。
