The intersexual aggression of male was significantly higher than the intersexual aggression of female and the intrasexual aggression of male. There was significant difference about male's aggression between two groups; but for female, there was no significant difference. The combat occurred intensely when two females met whether in male vs female or female vs female, but were both higher than the intrasexual aggression of male. With the increasing of meeting time, the male and female in female vs female decreased their aggression; the female in female vs male kept its aggression in high level. The component of aggression was resembled to the exhibition of aggression in every group.

In the genetic analysis models, non-genetic factors were main effects of birth year, birth month, lambing year, lambing month, age and parity. Birth year, age, lambing year and parity had significant influence on litter size and prolificacy.

The levels of plasma GABA in childhood autism of Han nucleus families had significant familial correlation, level of GABA=26.400+0.810×level of mother GABA (standard regression coefficient=0.511, t=4.871, P=0.000). The levels of plasma Glu in childhood autism of Han nucleus families had no familial correlation. There was no familial correlation in levels of plasma Glu and GABA in control nucleus families.

Objective: Effects of a single period of mechanical strain on gene expression patterns of two osteogenic transcription factors, Ets1 and Cbfa1, in rat calvarial sutural osteoblast-like cells were studied in this study to elucidate the molecular mechanism of suture distraction.

结果：Ets1和Cbfa1的mRNA水平分别在机械张应力作用后6 h及12 h内显著增高，随后，mRNA水平逐渐恢复到对照组水平，Ets1先于Cbfa1表达，在加力后表达立即升高，并在0.5h达到最高水平，而Cbfa1则首先经历一个短暂的潜伏期，后表达逐渐升高，在6 h达到最高水平，Cbfa1的最高表达水平约为Ets1的2.58倍。

The cancers studied here were throat cancer, aute non- lymphoblas He leukem ia and acut lymphoblastic leukemia. The result s indicated that,(1)the levels of Leu, Lys, Ser Asn,Ile,Gly,and Thr were obviously decreased whea lse the levels of orn, Trp evidently increased in cultural liquid of throat can cer cell line indicating that the growth of HepⅡ cell consumed 7 amino acids and releaced 2 amino acids into cultural liquid.(2)the levels of Glu, Gls, Leu, Phe, Tyr and Trp were evidently increased while the levels of Thr , His, Ala decreased in plasma from patient with ANLL. These r esults were consistent with the previous report.(3)the levels of Gly, Trp and Phe in plasma from patients with ANLL evidently de creased and the levels of Ala, His increased after therapy indicating that cance r cells were growing in an anaerobic catabolism state.

这些癌肿包括喉癌HepⅡ细胞，急性非淋巴细胞白血病和急性淋巴细胞白血病，结果表明：(1)喉癌细胞株培养过程中亮氨酸、赖氨酸、丝氨酸、天冬酰胺、异亮氨酸、甘氨酸以及苏氨酸等水平明显降低，而色氨酸水平明显增加，说明喉癌细胞的生长繁殖必须依赖以上7种氨基酸同时释放了色氨酸；(2)急性非淋巴细胞白血病患者血浆中的谷氨酸、甘氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸等水平明显升高，而苏氨酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸等水平明显降低，这些结果与国际报道相一致；(3)经治疗后，ANLL患者血浆中甘氨酸、色氨酸和苯丙氨酸等水平明显降低，而丙氨酸、组氨酸等水平明显升高，表明肿瘤细胞处在无氧代谢。

The results showed that during the 45 days experimental time the fresh weigh of Myriophyllum spicatum L, Hydrilla verticillata L and Cerato-phyllum demersum L were 0.92 g, 0.27 g, 1.11 g and 0.56 g, 0.41 g, 0.87 g in medium nutritional condition TN 1.86 mgL^(-1; TP0.087 mgL^(-1) and eutrophic condition TN 2.47 mgL^(-1; TP0.16 mgL^(-1), respectively. The largest single plant biomass of Myrio-phyllum spicatum L and Ceratophyllum demersum L in in middle nutritional condition were over 39% and 22% higher than those in eutrophicated condition, but that of Hydrilla verticillata L was less than 51%, which shown that Myriophyllum spicatum L and Ceratophyllum demersum L grow better than Hydrilla verticillata L in middle nutritional condition.

研究结果表明，在45 d的培养过程中，狐尾藻、轮叶黑藻和金鱼藻在中营养TN1.86 mgL^(-1； TP0.087 mgL^(-1)和富营养TN2.47 mgL^(-1； TP0.16 mgL^(-1)水平下的单株最大生物量分别是0.92、0.27、1.11、0.56、0.41和0.87 g，狐尾藻和金鱼藻在中营养水平下单株最大生物量分别较富营养水平下高出39%和22%，而黑藻在中营养水平下单株最大生物量较富营养水平下低了51%，表明狐尾藻和金鱼藻在中营养水平下的生长较黑藻好。

Theurinary IL-6 level positively correlated with density of glomerular matrix membrane, global sclerosis, fiber or fibrocellular crescents and interstitial fibrosis (p. 05). According to the degree of density of glomerular matrix membrane and interstitial fibrosis, urinary Col-IV level had better correlation than urinary TGF-betal and IL-6 levels.In IgAN, Col-IV showed increased expression in diseased renal tissue whereas the site of expression of TGF-betal was mainly localized within the cytoplasm of tubular epithelial cells. Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

结果 ①IgAN患者尿TGF-β1、IL-6、Col-Ⅳ水平较健康人明显增高(P＜0.01)，该变化与血中的浓度无关(P＞0.05)；②尿TGF-β1水平与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.000)，而与小球TGF-β1阳性表达无关(P＞0.05)，尿Col-Ⅳ水平与小球和小管间质Col-Ⅳ阳性表达均呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，还与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.05)：③小球Col-Ⅳ阳性表达与肾组织慢性病变密切相关(P＜0.05)，小管间质Col-Ⅳ和TGF-β1阳性表达均与肾小管间质病变呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，而小球TGF-β1阳性表达与肾组织损伤无关(P＞0.05)；④尿TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ水平与肾小球基质基底膜面密度、小管间质病变呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与小球内细胞数呈负相关(P＜0.05)，该结果与其在组织中的表达一致；尿IL-6水平浙江大学硕士学位论文尿TGF一B一、IL一6和Col一IV在IgA肾病中的应用价值与基质基底膜面密度、球性硬化、纤维或细胞纤维新月体所占肾小球百分数及小管间质病变均有显著的相关性(F.05)；在轻度肾病理损伤时，尿'l'G卜pl、I卜6、Col一IV水平即升高，而尿Col一W在反映细胞外基质积聚和间质纤维化程度上比尿TGF一pl和IL一6有更好的相关性。

Results:The serum sE-cadherin levels in health control did notvary throughout the menstrual cycle.The preoperative serum sE-cadherin levels were higher in patients with endometriosis than inhealth control.No differences were found between enometriosis patientswith differnt stage and clinical symptom.The preoperative serum sE-cadherin levels were higher in patients with ovarin cancer than in bothhealth control and patients with endometriosis.

研究结果：1、正常育龄妇女血清中sE-cad水平在月经周期中无明显改变〓，且血清中sE-cad水平与年龄不相关；2、内异症患者术前血清中sE-cad水平高于正常对照组〓，不同期别内异症患者血清中sE-cad水平无显著差别〓，有无痛经的内异症患者血清中sE-cad水平无显著差别〓；3、卵巢癌患者术前血清中sE-cad水平分别高于内异症患者组及健康对照组〓。

The fourth chapter analyses the state of ecological, economic and social in Yuli oasis system from 1991, it is found that Yuli oasis system was in over loading state according to half richness, richness and modernization level from 1991, the fundamental reasons were fragility of environment, level lowness of economy development, draggling of basic establishment, lowness of population stuff, and lowness of living standard.

第四章对尉犁绿洲系统近10年来的承压超载状况进行了分析，结果发现，自1991年以来，在小康、富裕与现代化等不同生活水平约束下，尉犁绿洲系统都处于超载状态，生态环境脆弱、经济发展水平低下、基础设施落后、人口素质低下与生活水平处于较低水平是尉犁绿洲系统处于超载状态的根本原因；但从整体看，尉犁绿洲系统的承载状况趋向好转，主要原因在于尉犁绿洲人口规模小、人均资源利用指标处于较高水平、水利设施条件进一步改善和绿洲居民预期寿命始终处于较高水平。

Study 2 used 2(conflict target: supervisor/subordinate)×3(conflict management mode: integrating/obliging/dominating ) design, letting participants to evaluate the effeciency and appropriateness of the management mode used in the contexts. The results showed:(1) the integrating mode were perceived most efficient and appropriage within the three conflict modes;(2) the interaction between the referent role of conflict object and the management mode is significant, which means when the conflict took place with the supervisor, the participants thought the obliging mode was more appropriate and efficient , while when it took place between the subordinate, they thought the dominating mode was more appropriate and efficient than obliging mode.(3)the interaction between SDO and conflict management mode is significant, which means the participants with high SDO would make no preference between obliging and dominating mode, but the participates with low SDO would favor the dominating rather than obliging mode;(4) the interaction between dialectical ways of thinking and conflict management mode is significant, the lower the level of dialectical way of thinking the participants were, the more difference were found between the appraisal of obliging and dominating mode.(5) the moderating effect of SDO and dialectical ways of thinking to the relationship between conflict object and management mode were not significant, which means the relative position of conflict object in China is so strong that can't be affected by SDO and dialectical ways of thinking.

研究二采用2*3（冲突处理方式：迁就/支配/整合）的情境设计，让被试对情境中冲突主角的冲突处理方式进行恰当有效性的评价，结果显示： 1、在与上级或下级发生冲突时，被试对迁就、支配和整合三种策略中整合式的恰当有效性的评价最高；2、冲突对象的相对地位与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即当与上级发生冲突时，被试认为使用迁就的处理方式比支配的方式更恰当有效，而与下级发生冲突时，被试则认为使用支配的处理方式比迁就的方式更有效； 3、SDO与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即SDO水平高的被试对迁就式与支配式的认知评价没有差异，而SDO水平低的被试对支配式比迁就式有更高的评价；4、辩证思维水平与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即低辩证思维水平的个体比高辩证的个体对支配式与迁就式的评价差异更大；5、SDO水平及辩证思维方式水平对冲突对象影响冲突处理方式评价的程度的调节作用不显著。
