Objective: An improved method of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water was developed for the ammonia in workplace air.

A mass of ammonifiers in water body and sediment can make ammonia accumulate in water body through ammonification .

水体与底泥中大量氨化菌可能通过转氨作用产生的氨氮积累在水体中。

Through primary analysis on the characteristics of ammonifiers growth and function, ammonification is a possibly important origin of ammonia in Suzhou Creek water body. The studies tested that adding K2HPO4 can reduce ammonifiers function. It maybe has important reference value for ecosystem resume in Suzhou Creek.

通过对苏州河氨化菌的生长特性和功能活性的初步分析，氨化作用可能是氨氮的重要来源之一，研究还表明，添加磷酸氢二钾可以降低苏州河氨化菌的转氨活性，原理尚不清楚，对苏州河的生态恢复可能具有重要的参考价值。

The percentage of Cyanide, phenol, mercury and chromium which have little effect on water quality is small and the variation tendency is slow. The percentage of Ammoniac azote, TP, TN, Cd, potassium permanganate index and fluoride which have much effect on water quality is big and the variation tendency is great. The percentage of DO, BOD5, petrochemical compounds and lead lies in the mean place between two guidelines above, which plays a normal role in contributing to the water quality of Yuehai, but the variation tendency is obvious.

选取了15个参数作为评价因素，其中，氰化物、挥发酚、汞、六价铬等指标的权重较小，对水质变化的总体影响不大，并且年度变化趋势较平缓；氨氮、总磷、总氮、镉、高锰酸盐指数以及氟化物等指标在阅海湿地水质总体评价中所占比重较大，直接影响水道水质；DO、BOD5、石油类、铅等指标的权重介于上述指标的中间。

The results show that the SI value of MAP is the logarithmic function of the mass concentration of P, of ammonium N and of Mg, respectively, and increases with the increase of the mass concentration of each element, The SI value of MAP is a polynomial function of the solution pH value, and the optimum pH value for the crystallization of MAP is 9.0 and increases slightly with the increase of N/P. Moreover, the SI value of MAP is a power law function of the solution ionic strength but decreases with its increase.

计算结果表明，磷酸铵镁的饱和度指数与氮、磷、镁的质量浓度分别呈对数函数关系，并随任何一个因子的增大而增大；与溶液pH值呈多项式函数关系，结晶反应的最佳pH值为9.0，并随溶液中氨氮与磷摩尔比的增大而略升；此外，磷酸铵镁的饱和度指数与溶液离子强度呈幂函数关系，随离子强度的增大而减小。
