In this paper, the direct simulation Monte Carlo method is employed to simulate flows of modeled air vehicles having simple geometric shape such as delta wing at a Knudsen number between 0.001 and 0.1 for various Mach number and angle of attack conditions. With the calculated aerodynamic forces and heating, we obtained the general behavior of the rarefied gas effects on the vehicles' aerodynamics.

本文采用直接模拟 Monte Carlo 方法，模拟了简单外型如三角翼形的模型飞行器在努森数为 0.001到 0.1的范围内以不同来流马赫数和不同飞行攻角飞行时的流场，计算了飞行器所受到的气动力和气动热，获得了稀薄气体效应对飞行器气动性能影响的一般规律。

The results show the high accuracy quality of spectral element method and the stability of Newmark time integral method. Then some computational parameter is changed in example one such as the subdivision style of computational domain, time step length and such on. Some important conclusions and strategies for spectral element method with Newmark integral method for computational aeroacoustics can be given. The feasibility of spectral element method for computational aeroacoustics is verified.

计算结果表明谱元方法的高精度及Newmark时间积分方法的稳定性，并改变算例的计算参数，例如计算区域剖分方式、时间推进步长等进行了计算，得出了一些重要结论，为使用谱元方法结合Newmark积分求解气动声学问题积累了重要的经验，最终证明了谱元方法求解计算气动声学问题的可行性。

The five methods are tested on a 2-D test function ,a straight airfoil and a sweepback airfoil. For the straight airfoil,the paper constructs its approximation models of structure disciplinary, aerodynamic disciplinary and stealth disciplinary.

用这五种方法分别构造二维测试函数的近似模型，直机翼结构学科、气动学科和隐身学科的近似模型和后掠机翼结构学科、气动学科的近似模型，并总结这五种方法对二维测试函数、直机翼和后掠机翼各学科近似的适用性。

My main research work is listed as follows: 1. Considering structure characteristics of high aspect ratio flexible wing, features of flat-straight-wing and backswept wing, the aeroelasticity of high aspect ratio of flexible wing, its structure model and aeroelastic dynamics equation of flexible wing have been studied.

The results show that, for the first with no headwall, when there is no crosswind, it has small front face areas, so the aerodynamic resistance is the least. Since the second and the third have headwall, the front face areas are large, so they have bigger aerodynamic resistance. Under the condition of crosswind, as the third design option has the highest side beam, the area of positive pressure at the upwind is bigger, and the area of negative pressure is smaller when the bigger eddy area appears, so the side forces become larger. The first has the least side forces; the overturning moment of the first is the least.

研究结果表明：在无横风情况下，方案一中没有端墙，迎风面积较小，受到的气动阻力最小，方案二和三中平车有端墙，迎风面积较大，受到的气动阻力也较大；有横风情况下，方案三中平车侧梁较高，车体迎风面正压区较大，而背风侧产生较大的涡流区，在此区域内压力较小，故其横向力较大，方案一中平车侧梁没有加高，受到的横向力最小；方案一中平车倾覆力矩最小，稳定性最好。

Based on the literatures about the study of micropumps in uTAS for these years, this thesis brought forward a novel approach for microfabrication of modified pneumatic microvalves on microfluidic chips using glass-PDMS bonding technique. And then we studied on the factors that may influence the capability of microvalves.
