Objective: To investigate the effect of scalp clustery acupuncture on matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in rats after cerebral infarction, and to explore the mechanism of scalp clustery acupuncture on cerebral infarction damage.

目的：通过观察头穴丛刺对脑梗死大鼠梗死灶周围基质金属蛋白酶－9(MMP-9)变化的影响，探讨头穴丛刺治疗脑梗死的作用机制。

The scalp clustery acupuncture can significantly improve neural functions in rats with cerebral infarction. Its mechanism may be reducing the early expression of MMP-9 around the cerebral infarction focus and decreasing the cerebral neural cells damage caused by inflammation and edema.

头穴丛刺可明显改善脑梗死大鼠的神经功能，其机制可能是头穴丛刺降低早期梗死灶周围MMP-9的表达，从而减轻脑梗死早期血管源性脑水肿及脑组织的炎性损伤。

Abstract］ Objective To study the reason and the prevention and cure step of acute cerebral infarction with uroschesis.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction with uroschesis or not at the same time were retrospectively and contrastively analysed.

目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者发生尿潴留的原因及防治措施方法回顾分析60例急性脑梗死患者合并尿潴留的病例并与同期无尿潴留的急性脑梗死患者对比。

Methods The rat models of heart failure were established by left anterior descending coronary artery deligation. After 6 w, 24 surviving rats were divided into sham,model and Ramipril groups at random,8 rats in each,and were treated with medicines by intragastric administration respectively. At 10 w, left ventricular enddiastolic pressure, left ventricular systolic pressure,+dp/dtmax anddp/ dtmaxof left ventricular pressure were measured.

结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支并饲养6 w的16只存活大鼠，随机分为模型组及雷米普利组，每组8只，另取8只大鼠为假手术组，连续灌胃给药4 w后测定大鼠血流动力学参数，ELISA方法检测血清及左心室非梗死区AngⅡ的含量，RTPCR 法测定左心室非梗死区心肌组织AT1R mRNA表达水平，Masson染色观察非梗死区心肌胶原的沉积。

In this group,16 cases were involved in central pulmonary arteries (66.7%) and 4 cases with dilated bronchial arteries (17%),9 cases with pulmonary infraction (37.5%) whose pulmonary embolismic index was ranged from 24% to 83%, other 15 cases with no pulmonary infraction whose embolismic index was ranged from 5% to 61%,and there were significant difference between the two groups.

中央肺动脉受累16例，占66.7％（16/24），支气管动脉扩张4例，占16.7％（4/24），发生肺梗死9例，占37.5％（9/24）。9例发生肺梗死的肺动脉栓塞指数24％～83％（平均46.5％），15例非肺梗死的肺动脉栓塞指数5％～61％（平均21％），两组栓塞指数具有显著差异性。

Results There were 22 lacunar infarction cases, 1 case large area infarction, and 8 cases with small bleeding in the thalamus, 1 case with large bleeding in the basal ganglia of 9 cases intracerebral hemorrhage. Hemichorea appeared in 27 cases within 24 hours, 5 cases within 1 week. All received aloperidin, the symptom disappeared in27 cases（84.4%）.
