Objective To investigate the expression of muscarinic acetylcholine receptors and GABAB receptors in lamina Ⅱ neurons in spinal cord.

目的观察M胆碱能受体亚型M2和B型γ-氨基丁酸受体在脊髓Ⅱ板层神经元的表达情况。

METHODS: LASIK with Allegretto excimer laser and Moria-M2 microkeratome were performed on 1 100 patients with myopia (2 151 eyes).

使用Allegretto准分子激光机和Moria-M2微型角膜板层刀，连续对1 100例近视者（2 151眼）实施常规LASIK手术矫正。

The operative method was wavefront aberration-guded Lasik with Allegretto wave- light and Mona-2 keratome.

手术方法为波阵面差引导下鹰式准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术，采用WAVE-LIGHT公司的波阵面差仪和ALLEGRETTO鹰式准分子激光机，法国MORIA-2自动角膜板层刀。

Objective To explore the application of lamellar keratoplasty in ophthalmic emergency treatment.

目的 观察不同原因所致角膜缺损行板层角膜移植的临床效果，探讨板层角膜移植在眼科急诊中的应用。

Methods For the cosmetic purpose of 26 cases of full-cornea leucoma without visual acuity and of the leucoma deviated from pupil with better visual acuity, the lamellar keratoplasty plus interlamellar dyeing with tattoo-eyebrow liquid was adopted. The postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 year to 4 years (2.5 years on the average).

对26例丧失视力的全角膜白斑和白斑偏离瞳孔且视力尚可的患者，为达到美容目的，采取板层角膜移植加层间染色术，用文眉液做染色剂。

Results: Both sterol and fatty acid synthesis were significantly decreased in AD epidermis.

结果：AD表皮的胆固醇和脂肪酸的合成速度明显低于对照组，正常对照组的角质细胞间均为正常的复层板层膜结构。

Results In the heated bone ,bone lacunae were empty ,no bone cells existed ,bone lamella was seen ,granular basophilia staining was seen in some parts of the lamella. In bone medulla , no cell existed , thrombosis occurred in some blood ,partial bone lamella disappeared.

结果 整个视野内骨陷窝空虚，无骨细胞存在，骨板尚清晰，部分骨板出现颗粒状嗜碱性染色，骨髓腔内，基本无细胞结构，血管闭塞，哈佛氏系统结构不清，部分区域骨板层状结构消失，呈一片均质的嗜伊红染色。

Corneal epithelial implantation is 5 in 2000(0.25%). The rate of diffuse intralamellar keratitis is 5.5%(110/2000); corneal opacity are 2 in 2000(0.1%). Group B: Free cap are 2 in 500(0.4%); Corneal epithelial implantation is 1 in 500(0.2%);Diffuse intralamellar ketatitis are 27 in 500(5.4%), not any incomplete cap,broken flap and corneal opacity happened.

结果 A组：不完全瓣21眼占1.05%（21/2000）；游离瓣13眼占0.65%（13/2000）；碎瓣1眼占0.04%（1/2000）；角膜上皮植入占0.25%（5/2000）；弥漫性板层角膜炎占5.5%（110/2000）；角膜混浊2眼占0.1%（2/2000）。B组：游离瓣占0.4%（2/500）；角膜上皮植入占0.2%（1/500）；弥漫性板层角膜炎占5.4%（27/500），无不完全瓣、碎瓣及角膜混浊发生。

At the 8 week postoperatively,three groups still have not restored the normal thichness of corneal epithelial cell;but in the blank group there was more neoformative irregular collagen in the anterior stromal layer.

术后4周，三组覆盖切削区的角膜上皮细胞仍有轻度增生，空白组前基质层内较多新生胶原，排列不规则，失去板层结构，瘢痕形成。
