The ultrastructural changes during the development of sieve element companion cell complex (SE/CC complex) in Populus deltoides were investigated using electronic microscopy. The result showed that SE and CC tome from the same secondary phloem mother cell. The development of sieve element went through three stages, i. e. immature, mature, and degenerate stage. In immature stages the sieve element presented radial expansion, cell wall thickening, and production of sieve plastid and P-protein. The cytoplasma selectivly autolysed in mature stage. At the same time, karyoplasm was dispersed, and nuclear envelope was not clear, or karyoplasm was disorgnized, and nuclear envelope was clear. The karyopalsm finally turned into P-protein. In degenerate stage, the cytoplasm completely disappeared, and the function was lost.

利用电镜技术研究美洲黑杨次生韧皮部筛管和伴胞发育过程中细胞超微结构的动态变化，观察到筛管和伴胞由同一个次生韧皮部衍生细胞分裂分化形成筛管约发育历经未成熟期、成熟期和衰退期的变化未成熟期筛管分子表现为细胞的径向扩展、壁的增厚、筛管质体和P-蛋白质的产生；成熟期筛管分子细胞组分发生选择性自溶，细胞核核质弥散状，核膜不清晰，或核膜清晰而核物质降解，最后细胞核完全解体转化为P-蛋白质类的物质；衰退期筛管分子细胞质完全解体消失，失去功能。

The results show that the peak tension in the conductor of upper crossarm at suspension point exceeds the design value. Insulator rupture has no effect on tower component of upper crossarm, but it has significant influence on insulator tension of upper crossarm. The lower limit of longitudinal unbalanced tension of two and more than two bundle conductor is relatively small. Insulator rupture should be taken into account in the design for overhead transmission lines.

分析结果表明，上横担一组绝缘子破坏失效后，破坏档未破坏端导线的张力超过了技术规程中的设计值；导线的跌落对破坏档未破坏端的上横担绝缘子受力有较大的影响，而对上横担铁塔杆件没有明显的影响；考虑杆塔断线荷载时，应增大两分裂以上导线纵向不平衡张力的下限值；在架空送电线路的设计中应该考虑绝缘子断裂的荷载工况。

利用细胞组织化学染色技术，对雌、雄花雄蕊花药壁细胞及花药内细胞发育过程中多糖及蛋白质动态进行了比较，实验中观察到雌花在从两性至单性花转变时期雄蕊绒毡层在整个发育过程中表现异常，在小孢子发育过程中未能起到贮藏、转运营养物质供小孢子发育及适时分泌胼胝质酶溶解胼胝质壁的功能，并且花粉母细胞减数分裂异常而未形成四分体结构，进而导致雌花雄蕊选择性败育，而雄花中雌蕊组织也发生了选择性败育过程。

Based on the laser longitudinal mode splitting theory, a novel scheme of dual-frequency laser with large frequency-difference is presented using electrically controlled birefringence of liquid crystal, and the transmitted resonant mode splitting by birefringent of Fabry-Perot etalon has been analyzed theoretically. A new element of liquid crystal Fabry-Perot etalon is designed and fabricated, which serves as aselector and splitter of both laser longitudinal modes and Fabry-Perot etalons transmitted resonant modes. Two different experimental systems of laser-diode end-pumped Nd:YAG laser have been set up using two different LDs, and the transmission of liquid-crystal cell have been measured. When the empty LCFP is inserted in the cavity of high-power LD pumped Nd:YAG laser, the oscillation of a single laser longitudinal mode have been observed, such a result shows that the designed and fabricated LCFP element is capable of selecting single axial mode. While an anti-reflected liquid crystal cell is inserted in the cavity of Nd:YAG laser end-pumped by the high-power LD, it is difficult to confirm weather the laser longitudinal modes have been spitted or not. The subject is summarized in this thesis and the improvement of the project has been presented.

论文以激光纵模的分裂理论为基础，提出了可望获得几十GHz甚至上百GHz的液晶电控双折射双频Nd：YAG激光器的总体方案，并对用双折射效应分裂F-P标准具透射谐振模进行了理论分析；设计并加工了一种集激光纵模选择、激光纵模分裂和F-P标准具谐振透射模分裂于一体的多功能元件——液晶电控双折射F-P标准具；建立了两种不同功率激光二极管端面泵浦的Nd：YAG激光实验系统，并对液晶盒的透射性质进行了测试；将未灌注液晶的空液晶F-P摘要标准具插入大功率LD泵浦Nd：、叭G激光谐振腔内，观察到了单纵模激光输出，说明所设计和加工的液晶F一P标准具具有纵模选择能力；将镀有增透膜的液晶盒插入大功率LD泵浦Nd八7AG激光谐振腔内，是否产生了激光纵模分裂现象还难以确定。

The first split of microspore mother cell is observed after one week after beginning of temperature arised under high temperature but the split of secondary sporogenous cell doesn't be found. The split of secondary sporogenous cell is still found after one week but the first split of microspore mother cell is observed after 12d under low temperature. Formating speed of male gametophyte is affected by temperature.
