本研究通过对504例血瘀证目征观察组和112例非血瘀证目征对照组研究发现，观察组血液浓稠性、粘滞性、聚集性和凝固性积分值，血浆血栓素B2（TXB2）水平、TXB2／6－酮－前列腺素F1α（6－keto－PGF1α）比值均明显高于对照组，而血浆6－keto－PGF1α水平明显低于对照组，表现为血液高粘滞综合征者占90.08％，明显高于对照组2.68％，两组比较均有非常显著性差异（P＜0.001）。本研究为血瘀证目征提供了部分病理基础。

By applying psychological measurement methods, the author compared volition quality between short track speed skaters with difference sports performances and genders in order to gain an insight into if there is a dif-ference in volition quality between them, and revealed the following findings: in terms of objective clearness male skaters at international master sportsman level are superior to male skaters at national master sportsman level, but in terms of renitency male skaters at national master sportsman level are superior to male skaters at international mas-ter sportsman level; female skaters at national master sportsman level are superior to level 1 female skaters in terms of renitency, determination, confidence and total score, and differences between them are significant; furthermore, by comparing volition quality between male and female skaters, the author found that in terms of toughness male skaters are superior to female skaters, and the difference is significant, but in terms of other 5 factors and total score, differences between them are not significant.

摘 要：采用心理测量法，从不同运动水平、不同性别短道速滑运动员意志品质的比较入手，了解其意志品质是否存在差别。结果表明：男子国际健将运动员在目标清晰维度上好于男子国家健将级运动员，但在顽强性维度上，国家健将级运动员好于国际健将级运动员；女子国家健将级运动员在顽强性、果断性、自信心3个维度和总分上均好于女子一级运动员，两者差异具有显著性；此外，比较男、女运动员之间的意志品质，发现男运动员在坚韧性维度上好于女运动员，差异显著，但在其他5个维度及总分上，两者差别不具有显著性意义。

Learning-theory has an apparent improving effect on students" learning the basic skill of table-tennis. In the comparison between tested group and compared group, an obvious difference appears; it also has a positive effect on students" learning interest, for it can make students keep more interest in learning; using learning-theory is able to improve students learning method of table-tennis. Based on the similar initial learning level of tested group and compared group, and through a one-term teaching experiment, apparent difference of learning method between tested group and compared group arrears, and the learning method of tested group is better than that of compared group.

学习理论对学生学习乒乓球的基本技术有明显的促进作用，在实验组与对照组的比较中表现出显著性差异；对学生的乒乓球学习兴趣也存在积极的影响，可以使学生保持较高的学习兴趣；学习理论应用到乒乓球教学中还可以提高和改善学生的乒乓球学习方法，在实验组与对照组学习方法基线水平无显著性差异的基础上，通过一学期的教学实验发现，实验组与对照组在学习方法上出现显著性差异，实验组的学习方法好于对照组。

The results showed that (1) COX-2 mRNA and protein existed in the mature male rat testis. COX-2 was localized in spermatocytes by immunohistochemistry.(2) COX-2 also existed in adult man testis. COX-2 protein was positively stained in spermatocytes and Leydig cells.(3) 2 weeks after administration of rofecoxib, the level of testosterone in the whole testis reached its lower values, being only 50% of control values. However, testosterone level recovered during 4 weeks. After such treatment, histologic examination of these testes showed atrophy of the seminiferous tubules and maturation arrest of spermatogenesis.(4) 2 weeks post-EDS, expression of COX-2 decreased significantly (P.005), in comparison with vehicle-treatment control. 4 weeks after treatment, a new generation of fetal like Leydig cells repopulated in the testicular interstitium resulting in COX-2 expression partially recovered. Although the expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein are enhanced at 8th week after using external testosterone, it wasn't significant higher than control group.

实验研究证明：(1)正常成年雄性大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2在mRNA和蛋白质水平均存在表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞；正常成年男性睾丸组织中同样存在COX-2表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞和Leydig细胞；(2)服用特异性COX-2酶抑制剂rofecoxib 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮的含量减少，为正常对照组的50％；持续用药4周后睾丸组织内睾酮浓度逐渐恢复至正常水平；COX-2酶活性降低后病理组织切片显示睾丸内曲细精管萎缩，生精紊乱，持续用药4周时影响最明显；(3)注射特异性Leydig细胞杀灭剂EDS 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度降至极低水平时，COX-2的蛋白和基因表达水平也显著低于正常空白对照组（P.005）；使用EDS后第4周，睾丸组织中的睾酮浓度逐渐回升，同样组织中COX-2蛋白表达和mRNA表达水平也相应提高接近正常水平；使用EDS后4周开始给予外源性睾酮，6周和8周时COX-2表达水平的绝对值虽有提高，但与正常大鼠空白对照组比较并无显著性差异，说明外源性雄激素刺激睾丸合成COX-2的作用并不明显。
