The New Rice Variety Liaoxing 1,with high eurytopicity has higher photosynthesis rate,higher stoma conductance,higher SPAD,higher ingather quotiety than other largely planted varieties in Liaoning Province,when planted in the rice area from 39°N to 43°N.Different from other varieties,when planted in four spots in different latitudes,the yield components of Liaoxing 1 change little and so it keeps higher yield level.

水稻新品种辽星1号具有很强的广适性，从北纬39°到北纬43°布点试验，用L6400光效测定仪测定辽星1号及其对照品种的光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量、经济系数等指标，在4个不同纬度，辽星1号的各项指标均显著地高于辽宁其它主栽品种；产量结构没有发生很大变化，产量始终表现出较高水平。

The influence of mineral element and soil elements on Malania olefera wasnitrogen, iron, manganese, zinc, potassium, copper from most to least, and four ofthem were belong to microelement. However, the lack of copper and serious lack ofzinc and iron in the soil influent the growth of Malania olefera. It had been made through the analysis of morphologic and anatomicalcharacteristics of root, stem, leaf, flower, fluid and seed that Malania olefera notonly had the primitive character but also had the evolution character, which had thevital significance on Olacaceae classification.

砂粒含量比大，通透性良好的土壤适宜蒜头果的生长；六个不同分布区土壤的有机质和全N含量极为丰富，速效K的含量水平中等，而土壤速效P的含量富贫差异较大；分布区土壤部分缺Cu，严重缺Zn、Fe；蒜头果叶片中的叶绿素含量与立地条件有着密切的关系；龙虎山样地立地条件比其他样地更适合蒜头果生长；不同立地上生长的蒜头果叶片中同一矿质元素含量有一定的差异，但差异不显著；土壤元素对蒜头果生长的影响由大到小依次为：N、Fe、Mn、Zn、K、Cu，其中四个是微量元素，而分布区土壤缺乏Cu，严重缺Zn、Fe而影响了蒜头果的生长发育。

As to the problem that the top apron cradle of carbon fiber is of complicated structure and high requirement of elasticity plus difficult cleaning, to upgrade quality of yarn, an introduction is made to the flat top apron cradle RS-6939 regarding its features. Through spinning practice with 100% long fiber cotton J 7.3 tex, J 4.9 tex, 100% fine fiber cotton J 9.7 tex, 14.5 tex, conclusion is made that the flat top apron cradle is of good abrasion resistance and rigidity, free of maintenance, stable quality, good anti-static property, thus being propitious to further upgrading evenness of resultant yarn, reducing slubs and snicks plus cotton neps, especially in production with fine fiber cotton.

针对目前使用的碳纤弹性上销结构复杂，对弹簧要求较高、不易清洁的现状，为了提高纱线品质，介绍了RS-6939型直板上梢的特点，并通过纺J7.3tex（100%长绒棉）、J 4.9tex（100%长绒棉）、J9.7tex（100%细绒棉）、J 4.5tex（100%细绒棉）的纺纱实践，指出RS-6939型直板上销具有较强的耐磨性和刚性，不需维修，质量稳定，杭静电性能良好，对进一步提高条干水平，减少粗节、细节及棉结非常有利，特别是在纺细号长绒棉时，效果更加显著。

To prepare the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody, We chosen 10-amino acid including Ser183 as antigen peptide through antigenicity and hydrophobicity analysis, hinged on keyhole limpet hemocyanin, and used the KLH-peptide to immunize rabbits. After antibody serum titer detection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the antibody was purified with rProtein A sepharose fast flow and dephosphorylated antigen membrane. The antibody titrate reached 1:10 000 after purification and its special property was enhanced with absorption treatment of dephosphorylated antigen membrane. In addition, we used rabbit anti-PRAS40 antibody and the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody to detect PRAS40 expression in several cell lines, including the normal cells HL7702, HEK293, tumor cells HepG2, A549 and S180. There were no quite difference among these cells; otherwise, we observed the decreased phosphorylation level of Ser183 after amino acid withdrawal treatment.

为了制备PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化多克隆抗体，本实验通过蛋白疏水性抗原性分析设计多肽抗原，用其免疫家兔获得抗血清， ELISA检测其效价为1：10 000； Western blotting法检测发现，通过rProtein A Sepharose亲和层析纯化并经非磷酸化的抗原条吸附处理后的抗体可以明显提高磷酸化抗体的特异性；用PRAS40抗体及PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化抗体对正常细胞HL7702、HEK293及肿瘤细胞HepG2、A549、S180的检测显示：磷酸化的Ser183在不同细胞中表达差异不显著，而在经细胞饥饿处理的HEK293细胞中却明显观察到了S183磷酸化水平随氨基酸含量降低而减弱的现象。

Comparative study on two levels of population and modules of mutualspecies in the two stations demonstrates that feature index tend to diminish suchas height,tussock amplitude,size,number,density and dry weight;and thegrowth analysis index incline to increase such as RGR、ULA、chlorophyllcontent and effectiveness of plant multi-leaves of the populations and DULA、DUMR、DAGA and DRGRa of the modules;and the dynamic curves of thepopulations and the modules also tend to steadily increase along with thetemperature ascending,heat accumulation and combination between water andheat in moderate-temperature steppe from fierce fluctuation alongside naturalprecipitation in warm-temperature steppe,illustrating that the transformabletendency from increasing the numbers of tussocks and tillers in order to expandthe resource range to seize in warm-temperature steppe to steadily improve drymatter production function of the populations and the modules in moderate-temperature steppe.

两个不同热量型研究站点共有种种群与构件两个水平的比较研究表明：随纬度增加和气温降低，种群与构件高度、丛幅、大小、数量、密度和干重等特征指标趋于降低和减少，而种群RGR、ULA、叶绿素含量和植物多叶性与构件DULA、DUMR、DRGR和DRGRa等生长指标则趋于增加，种群与构件的生长动态曲线也从随天然降水而剧烈波动趋向于随气温升高、热量积累和水热配置状况而稳定增长，说明各共有种从暖温型草原区增加植物种群与构件的大小和数量以扩充资源利用范围向中温型草原稳定地提高种群与构件的干物质生产性能的方面转变的趋势；同时，物质与能量的分配也从较多地投资于繁殖器官产生大量后代以适应未来降水的不可预期变化趋向于同化系统的构建和干物质生产效能的提高以抵御低温和干旱对物种生存的威胁，充分显示出不同温度条件及其水热组合对植物种群形态结构和生长繁育模式的显著影响及其响应特征。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides.
