Part one Isolating, culturing, chondroblast induction and evaluation of human MSC in vitroObjective:To examine the property and proliferation ability of primary culturing MSC ,mvestgate the effect of lightly centrifugation and chemical definition medium to induce MSC differentiate into chondroblast.

结果：原代骨髓基质干细胞易于体外培养，增殖旺盛；经轻度离心和化学限定培养基诱导后细胞呈高密度生长，仍保持较旺盛的增殖能力，细胞转化成圆形肥大细胞，甲苯胺蓝染色显示软骨细胞外基质 v的特异性异染，11胶原蛋白免疫细胞化学染色呈强阳性，BT干CR鉴定显示＊胶原mRNA丰富的表达。

Fundus photographs showed myopic chorioretinal atrophy in eight study eyes (47%), including diffuse atrophy in four eyes (24%) and patchy atrophy in four eyes (24%). The IS/OS defects on FD-OCT were accompanied by myopic chorioretinal atrophy in three (60%) of five eyes.

眼底成像显示8只眼（47%）有近视性脉络膜视网膜萎缩，其中包括4只眼（24%）为弥漫性萎缩，4只眼（24%）为斑块状萎缩。5只眼中有3只眼（60%）的傅立叶域光学相干成像显示为光感受器内外节缺损伴随近视性脉络膜视网膜萎缩。

The fundamental imaging features of osteosarcoma were showed bone destruction, periosteal reaction, neoplastic bone and soft-tissue mass. Among 49 cases examined by radiography, osteoblastic pattern sarcoma was found in 19 cases, osteolytic pattern sarcoma was found in 13 cases and mixed pattern sarcoma was found in 17 cases. The detection rates of bone destruction, periosteal reaction, soft-tissue mass, neoplastic bone and Codman triangle by radiography were respectively 61.2%, 95.9%, 71.4%, 73.5%and 27.7%. All 10 cases with CT scan were showed bone destruction, soft - tissue mass and neoplastic bone. The detection rates of periosteal reaction,憇ieve sign挶 and Codman triangle with CT scan were respectively 90%, 90% and 11%. The tiny neoplastic bone and"sieve sign"were showed sensitively by CT, but Codman triangle was showed by radiography superior to CT.32 cases with MRI scan presented the normal marrow was replaced by the tumor, which was showed low to intermediate signal intensity on T1-weighted images and promiscuity signal intensity on T2-weighted images. 7 cases presented hemorrhage and 24 cases presented necrosis.

骨肉瘤基本影像表现为骨质破坏、骨膜反应、瘤骨和软组织肿块。49例X线表现为成骨型19例，溶骨型13例，混合型17例；X线对骨质破坏、骨膜反应、软组织肿块、瘤骨和Codman三角的检出率分别为61.2%、95.9%、71.4%、73.5%和27.7%；10例CT表现均可见骨质破坏、软组织肿块及瘤骨，CT对骨膜反应、筛孔征和Codman三角的检出率为90%、90%和11%；CT对显示细小肿瘤骨和筛孔征最敏感，但对Codman三角的显示不如X线平片；32例MRI表现为骨髓腔内正常的骨髓高信号被肿瘤信号所取代，T1WI呈低～等信号，T2WI呈混杂信号，7例合并出血，24例中央坏死囊变，32例增强扫描均呈不均匀强化及瘤周可见水肿区。

The detecting rates of X-ray, CT ,and MRI for tumor nodules were 33.3%, 80.6%,and 69.4%,respectively. MRI was able to display the special features of new bone, the two laminae of Codman′s triangle, false-capsule or bone-shell, destroyed cortex or epiphyseal plate.

MRI测量骨内病灶、软组织块和骨皮质破坏区最接近大体测量（MRI测量值/大体测量值：108.2/112.3 mm，92.7/90.1 mm，76.2/90.7 mm），CT测量成骨区和Codman三角最接近大体测量（CT测量值/大体测量值：63.4/68.5 mm，19.4/22.1 mm）。X线、CT和MRI肿瘤结节的显示率分别为33.3%（12/36）、80.6%（29/36）和69.4%（25/36），χ2检验揭示X线的显示率显著低于CT和MRI。

By use of the 3-D display tool, We can combinate the different results of forward modeling and inverse (mainly include surface data, VSP data and snapshot record), and display them in different direction, then we can compare them very efficiently.

It was suggested:(1) A strikingly strong sensitivity to eye gaze is observed from birth, and eye gaze perception is key to the development of language capabilities and social cognition;(2) The neural basis of gaze perception is the superior temporal sulcus, which is heavily connected with the amygdala implicated in processing emotion, and the STS is an important part of a wider network for social cognition neural systems;(3) Processing on early stage of eyes gaze cueing reveals specific event-related potential component;(4)The eyes gaze cueing effect has been labeled reflexive and likened to orienting in response to peripheral cues, however, it lasts longer;(5) The gaze cueing effect is influenced by many different facets, from lower level configural aspects such as face orientation to higher level cognitive factors. Furthermore, the gaze cueing effect reveals significant sex difference in normal adult population.

结果发现：婴儿从一出生就对眼睛注视线索表现出强烈的敏感性，眼睛注视知觉对语言和社会等能力的发展有很大影响；(2)颞上沟是加工眼睛注视线索的特异神经结构，它与实时监控情绪和情感的杏仁核存在神经联结，成为社会认知神经系统的重要组成部分；(3)对眼睛注视线索的早期加工显示出特异的脑电活动模式；(4)眼睛注视线索效应与外周线索的反射式效应相类似，但持续时间较长；(5)眼睛注视线索效应不仅受面部结构信息的影响，也受自上而下加工等高水平认知因素的调节，并显示出明显的个体差异。

Our calculated results show that the relative stability of the isomers depends on the level of theory used: in the framework of DFT, Au10 trends to form planar structures, while the MP2 calculations show that the three-dimensional isomers are energetically more favorable. Based on the present results, Au10 may be conjecturably a critical species of gold clusters which bridges the planar structures and three-dimensional ones.

Which differs significantly from the current consortial licenses for electronic resources. Our simulation results of a numerical example demonstrate that the formation mechanism with proposed bidding and egalitarian sharing formulas can ensure the stability of a consortium. This, however, cannot be accomplished by using procedures prevailing in today's consortia. As for the cost allocation among member libraries, the egalitarian sharing formulas also offer lower variance in budgeting compared with other cost sharing methods.
