Methods Twenty-seven patients suffering from mallet finger accompanied by avulsional fracture were treated with Ishiguro method or its modified method. During the operation, a blocking pin was inserted percutaneously with DIP flexed, then the DIP was fixed at a position of full extension with another Kirschner wire. When the fracture fragment was big with rotation displacement, a third Kirschner wire could be used to correct the displacement and fix fracture. Results The patients were followed up 2 months to 6 years and 6 months with an average of 9.3 months postoperatively.

采用石黑法及其改良法治疗27例伴撕脱骨折的锤状指，在透视下运用闭合穿针的方法，在远侧指间关节屈曲位时于背侧插入阻挡针，然后用另一根克氏针将DIP固定于充分伸直位；当较大的骨折块向背侧有旋转移位时，可加用一根克氏针撬拨复位并固定骨折块。

Results: 3 cases of gall duct injury, 2 cases of remained cystic duct fistulas, 2 cases of convertion into open surgery due to tear of posterior branch of cystic artery Conclusion: Strict preoperative examination and operation protocol can greatly reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

结果：胆管损伤3例，胆囊管残端瘘2例，胆囊动脉后支撕脱出血中转开腹止血术2例。结论：严格的术前检查和规范的手术程序可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的并发症。

The musculocutaneous nerve was always the studied target in the experimental animal model of the root avulsion of the brachial plexus. The C〓 root was the main component of musculocutaneous nerve, the transection of C〓 was used in the experimental study of multi-nerve transfer before.

模拟臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型通常都以肌皮神经作为研究对象，除了其终末支可用于神经移位以外，由于肌皮神经以颈〓成分为主，故在颈部切断颈〓即为肌皮神经主干，可用于多组神经移位的研究。

Basing on the setup of animal model of root avulsion of the brachial plexus, we divided the experimental animal into four groups by the operative method: Group A: one end of the maternal nerve graft was connected with the upper trunk of the healthy side by end-to-side neurorrhaphy, and the other end was sutured to the distal stump of musculocutaneous nerve infraclevicularly by end-to-end neurorrhaphy. Goup B: on the healthy side, the operation was the same, the other end was sutured to the distal end of C〓 by end-to-end neurorrhaphy on the affected side. Group C: the maternal nerve graft bridged the phrenic nerve and infraclevicular musculocutaneous nerve of the affected side by end-to-end neurorrhaphy. Group D: the phrenic nerve was sutured to the distal end of C〓 supraclevicularly by end-to-end neurorrhaphy.

在构建了模拟小儿臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型基础上，将实验动物按手术方式分组如下，A组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨下肌皮神经远端行端端吻合。B组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。C组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体桥接于子鼠患侧膈神经与锁骨下肌皮神经之间。D组：子鼠患侧膈神经直接与锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。

Besides injury mechanism , therapeutic methods and assessment of function of pro-operation and post-operation, people have done many irrelative study about the fracture home and abroad.

Results Among the 62 cases, 23 cases were torn fracture of shank bone eminentia intercondyloidea, 29 cases were platform fracture. Also, 8 cases had meniscus trauma and 11 cases had cross ligament trauma.

结果 62例膝外伤中髁间嵴撕脱23例，平台骨折29例，伴半月板损伤8例，伴交叉韧带损伤11例。

They include torn fracture of shank bone eminentia intercondyloidea, platform fracture and meniscus trauma. All the cases by X-ray and CT scanned, some of them took MRI.

包括：胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折、平台骨折、半月板损伤等，所有病例均接受X线摄片、CT扫描、其中部分行核磁共振检查。

Objective Based on findings in exploration of the rules of plastic changes in MI and SmI of adult rats following total brachial plexus root avulsion injuries, we investigated the central mechanism of transhemispheric reorganization primarily after contralateral seventh cervical nerve root transfer.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.
