There are three key points of innovation in this paper. 1.After analyzing Japanese corporate culture by Hofstede's theory of cultural dimensions, the paper analyzes the characteristics of communication in Japanese corporate. And by the background of the current Chinese situation and human nature, it further discusses the new needs of internal communication in Japanese companies in China. 2.According to the needs, the paper gives some new practical solutions such as to build the channels for communication on the"per-department"basis. Also, it testifies the necessity and feasibility of these solutions by a questionnaire. 3.The author uses the concrete analysis of K Co., one of her research projects, to draw implications for building the efficient internal communication.

本文在现有研究成果的基础上主要有三个创新点：一是通过霍夫斯塔德的文化维度理论分析了日本企业文化特点，指出了相应的日本企业内部沟通上的独特性，并基于中国现阶段人性特点，提出了在华日企不同于传统日本企业的沟通上的新要求；二是针对这些要求提出了建立以部门为基本单位的沟通渠道等一系列新建议，并用调查问卷的方式对这些建议和措施进行了必要性和可行性验证；三是将本文得出的研究成果应用于笔者所在的工作单位K企业，运用本文观点进行了具体的案例分析，并参与制定了加强和完善K企业内部沟通的策略和措施。

The constitution mode and inclusion information of assembly drawings has been analyzed according to the expression contents and demand of rolling mill assembly drawings. The dendriform assembly model has been setup to express the assembly drawings contents. Under AutoCAD graphic environment, assembly drawings are realized with parts consolidation technology. Generating of local view, dimensioning, technical requirement, expression of list and title panel has been realized too. Generating of parts has been discussed and processing strategy of parametric drawings has been pointed out.

根据轧机装配图的表达的内容和要求，分析装配图的构成方式和应包含的信息，提出了建立树状装配模型来表达装配图的内容，基于AutoCAD图形环境，采用了用零件图拼装实现装配图生成的解决方案，并实现了装配图中有关局部视图的生成、尺寸标注、技术要求、标题栏和明细表的表达，并讨论了零件图的生成问题，提出了参数化绘图数据的处理策略，即利用PDB可编程对话框工具，设计了零部件的参数化编程框架，完成了工作辊、支承辊、机架等零部件的参数化编程。

本文首先从石料的分类方法、压实特性、粒径组成以及破碎性等方面进行研究，在明确填石路基填料的工程特性基础上，进而提出了填石路基的地基处理要求，然后结合广西水南路和甘肃兰临路填石路基试验路段上的现场研究，通过对填石路基填料最大粒径、松铺厚度、粒径组成，压实机械以及碾压遍数等影响压实效果因素的综合分析，系统研究了填石路基填料的摊铺与整平技术、压实机械选型技术、压实工艺以及边坡施工技术等施工工艺中的关键问题，最后提出石灰岩类和砂岩类填石路基的施工工艺要求。

As the brittleness of low-k material,the traditional wire bonding parameter often lead to die pad crack or Au-AL matter bad;after used low-k material,die size,die pad opening and die pad pitch change to more little,wire change to lengther and density change to more higher,it\' s new challenge for molding and wire bonding;at the same time, low-k material also require to control the thermal stress in package.

由于低介电常数材料的脆性，传统的引线压焊参数设置将会导致焊盘碎裂以及金铝化合物不良；由于使用低介电常数材料后，芯片尺寸、压焊区域和压焊间距进一步减小，金线压焊长度和密度大大增加，这就为压焊和模塑提出了新的要求；同样由于低介电常数材料的应用，对封装体内部的热应力的控制也提出了更高的要求。

First, from the point of view of production and management, the importance for developing TTU is pointed out.the status in quo of technology,The direction of progress,The demand of practical and fundamentality in Distribution Automation are analyzed for Transformer Terminal Unit. The function of equipment and technical specification which meet demand of practical duty are indicated; Second, the scheme of synchronous sampling,quasi-synchronous sampling,non-integer cycle sampling,nonsynchronous sampling and algorithm are analyzed in detail. Then,the scheme of nonsynchronous sampling and multi-chunnel is ascertained. Moreover, the method of disposal sampling data for increasing precision which calculate the number of sampling per cycle dramatic by searching zero is introduced. The technique for analyzing data,stating data,storage data for Electrical Power Quality and control scheme for compensation capacitor are explained also. Finally, The scheme and structure of hardware,key circuitry using 80C196 singlechip,the scheme and ideology of software and flow chart of part software is introduced simply.

文中首先从电力生产、管理角度出发，指出了研制配变监测终端的重要意义，分析了配变监测终端的技术现状、发展趋势、现场需求以及在配网自动化中的基础地位，提出了满足实际运行要求的装置功能、技术要求；然后对目前常用的同步采样、准同步采样、非整周期采样、非同步采样的方案和算法进行了详细的分析、比较、筛选，确定了非同步采样和顺序采样的方案，并提出了一种寻找过零点从而动态计算每周采样点数的提高精度的采样数据处理方法，文中对装置中电能质量分析、统计、存储的方法以及补偿电容器的控制方案和投切原则也做了重点说明；最后，对应用80C196单片机系统研制的装置的硬件方案、结构以及关键电路和软件设计思路、方案、部分主要软件模块的流程图做了介绍。

Subsequently, in order to solve a fatal problem of surprising amount of calculating and storge of presental fuzzy inference algorithm when used to solve multi-compliacted rules, we propose the decompositional method of complicated rules and solving method of resoning result after the rules are decomposed, so that a simple algorithm of fuzzy inference on-line can be obtained and the amount of calculating and storge can largely decreased.

针对现有的模糊推理算法用于多重复杂蕴涵规则时计算量及要求的存贮量太大这一应用中致命的问题，我们提出了复杂规则的分解方法，推导了规则分解后推理结果的求取方法，在此基础上提出了模糊推理的简便算法，使得在线实现模糊推理的计算量及要求的存贮量减少若干个数量级。

The author has accomplished the following tasks:1. presented the general scheme of the profile measuring system;2. presented four methods of laser collimation, realized 3 of them with the software of ZEMAX, and meted the requirement of the system design;3. realized the laser beam expanding from point-laser to line-laser wide enough to cover the flange trackside;4. after image grabbing and processing, picked up the profile of the train wheel.

作者独立完成的工作包括： 1、提出了曲面测量的光学系统的整体方案； 2、提出了四种激光扩束的方案，用光学设计软件ZEMAX完成了其中三种的设计；经过像差分析和追迹，达到了准直扩束的要求； 3、点光源到线光源的单方向扩展，达到了覆盖轮缘踏面的要求； 4、通过实验采集图像和图像处理，提取出被测轮缘的轮廓。

Synthetically considering these characteristics, the method of freeway management and control are presented according to four aspects: system objective orientation and concept design, system demand and requirement analysis, system data management and network structure, traffic control and accident detecting theory as well as its application. Function and structure of system are delimitated from the point view of integration. Construction and function demand of subsystem are analyzed and basic implement projects are presented. In this thesis, system data flow and management method and target which based on system network topology structure and equipment demand are described. Traffic modeling ideology and the process of making dynamic model as well as accident detecting program are presented with centralized and distributed traffic control theory in detail, then freeway ramp control theory which based on predictive model and its theoretic pattern are explored. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.

论文综合考虑高速公路交通管理系统的上述特征，分别从系统目标定位及概念设计、系统需求分析、系统数据管理及网络结构分析、交通控制与交通事件检测理论与应用四个层面，对高速公路交通管理与控制问题进行了系统阐述，界定了系统的功能及各功能的实现要求，并从系统集成角度划分了系统的结构；分析了各子系统的信息、功能、建设等方面的需求，给出了基本实施方案要求；对系统数据流程进行了描述和梳理，提出了数据管理的方法、目标及措施，分析、设计了系统网络拓扑结构及设备需求；阐述了交通模型的建模思想和动态交通模型的建立过程，对集中式和分散式全局交通控制理论进行了详细的分析，提出了基于预测的高速公路匝道控制理论，并对理论模式及相关的问题进行了研究，分析了高速公路事件检测系统，并采用面向对象的编程思想，以Visual C++为编写工具，开发了高速公路事件检测系统分析软件。
