Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture on constipation in rats.

目的：观察针刺对便秘大鼠模型排便功能的影响。

Methods The normal mice and constipation model mice were selected and fed with corn active polysaccharide. The propelling function of corn active polysaccharide to the gastrointestinal vermicular motion was monitored.

采用正常小鼠和燥结型便秘小鼠模型，灌服给药，观察CAP对正常小鼠胃肠运动功能的推进作用及对正常和燥结型便秘小鼠的排便量及排便时间的影响。

We evaluate the curative effect by the clinical observation on normal items, the interval time, quantity and difficulty of the shit, the changes of the traditional Chinese medicine drome and the condition of the tonue and pulse, the gastro-intestinal side effects and so on.

通过对一般体检项目及排便间隔时间、便质、排便费力情况，中医证候相关症状、舌象及脉象的变化，胃肠道反应等的临床观察而进行疗效评定。

Results:In experimental group,only 1 patient suffered from sigmoidostomic stenosis.The incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was 3.3% and 26 patients (86.7%) got feel of defecation.In control group,the incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was much higher (20.0%) and only 8 patients (26.7%) got feel of defecation.

结果：实验组30例中，1例发生造口狭窄，无其他造口并发症发生，并发症发生率为3.3%，26例获排便感（86.7%）；对照组30例中，发生造口狭窄1例、造口回缩1例，造口处切口疝1例、肠脱垂2例、腹内疝1例，并发症发生率为20.0%，8例有排便感（26.7%）。

By statistical treatment ,the therapeutic effect of observation group and control group were identical,but in the way of ameliorating constipation's symptomes and signs, observation group surpassed control group;through clinical observation, the therapeutic effect of treating STC by Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill was mild,didn't have side effect ,and many of patients defecated during the time before and after getting up , consistented with the time of physiological defecation.

结果：濡养肠动力丸治疗慢传输型便秘，总有效率95.84%，经统计学处理，与对照组无明显差异，说明濡养肠动力丸治疗慢传输型便秘与通便灵有相同的疗效，但濡养肠动力丸在改善便秘症状、体征方面，明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)；经临床观察，濡养肠动力丸治疗慢传输型便秘，作用平缓，无明显副作用，且排便多集中在晨起早餐后这段时间内，符合生理排便时间。

45 cases with acute heart infarction followed by thrombolysis were divided into spontaneous defecation group,defecate with glycerin and defecate with soap water,the efficacy of each group were compared.

方法将45例经过急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗患者随机分为自然排便组、开塞露肛注排便组和肥皂水低压灌肠组，比较3组的通便效果。

The controllable praeternaturalis anus after abdominal-perineal resection of low-set rectal cancer is better than traditional method of creating stoma direct from the peritoneum in the aspect of controlling of defecation, meanwhile, the first one decrease the complications post operation and increase quality of life.

低位直肠癌腹会阴联合切除术后左下腹排便可控制性人工肛门技术较传统直接经腹膜造口术有更好的控便排便功能，同时降低了术后并发症的发生率，提高了患者的生活质量。

Results We found that the rate of Indian ink advancing in the small intestines of mice treated with fructooligosaccharide was significantly higher than that in the constipation control group.

结果 试验组服用后排便次数明显增加（P＜0.01），排便状况和粪便性状明显改善（P＜0.01），总有效率为92.2％（P＜0.01），且受试者的血常规、血液生化指标及其他临床检查均无异常。
