目的 研究溪黄草复方对金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的影响。方法采用试管二倍稀释法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度，用brown平板改良法体外复制金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜模型，并检测溪黄草复方的不同mic浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的影响，扫描电镜确认。采用人绒毛膜单层细胞体外培养检测受试药物的毒性作用。结果溪黄草复方对金黄色葡萄球菌的mic值为128？

Methods The Chinese herbal was pureed, and adopted the methods of agar dilution recommended by NCCLS to investigate the MIC of Chinese herbal on the three different kinds of bacteria.

Soil samples were collected from different ecological conditions. More than 70 Streptomyces hygroscopicus strains were isolated from the soil samples. Fermentation centrifugal supernatant of the strains were used as biocontrol agents to bioassay the seedling of rice and barnyard grass and rice pathogens of sheath blightand bakanae.
