抑菌测定

This paper reaseched the interaction of Dihydromyricetin and lysozyme by using spectrophotography and antiblastic test to measured the activity of lysozyme indirectly,and compared with the activity of the lysozyme which is not acted by the Dihydromyricetin.

本文通过研究二氢杨梅素与溶菌酶的相互作用，用分光光度法和抑菌试验间接测定溶菌酶活性，并与未被二氢杨梅素处理的溶菌酶活性比较。

Methods:Bacteriostatic ring after both using together is assayed at asepsis condition by microbion s well diffusion means with using Sarcina lutea as bacterial suspension and ampicinin and erythromycin as model drug.

采用微生物井式扩散法，在无菌条件下，用藤黄八叠球菌作菌悬液，氨苄西林、红霉素标准品为模型药物，测定两者合用后的抑菌圈。

Drug sensitive test and three-dimensional test220 strains of Pa were isolated from hospitalized patients between 2003 and 2007. K-B method was used to tested the susceptibility of 10 different antibiotics. IRPa was screened by testing the minimal inhibitory concentration of imipemem by using agar diluiion method.The susceptibility of these IRPa to the antibiotics was analysised. Three-dimensional test was used to identify the different kinds of beta lactamases from 220 strains of Pa.2.Carbarpenems hydrolytic enzyme genes and oprD2 gene were detectedamong the selected IRPa strains, PCR method was performed to detect carbapenemase genes which included GES、KPC、SPM、VIM、IMP、GIM gene and the oprD2 gene;Multiplex PCR were used to detect OXA genes and plasmid-mediated AmpC beta lactamase genes; The expression of the chromosomal AmpC beta lactamases and oprD2 genes in IRPa strains were analyzed by Real-time PCR.3.Identification and characterization of integronsIntegrase gene was detected by PCR, and the classification of integrons was performed by using restriction fragment length polymorphism.PCR was performed to detect the qacE△1-sull gene,and the gene cassetes which are located at variable region of integrons in the strains were detected to be positive.

方法1、药敏实验和三维实验收集2003～2007年临床分离的220株Pa，对这些菌株采用K-B法测定10种临床常用抗生素的药敏情况，同时采用琼脂稀释法检测亚胺培南的最低抑菌浓度(Minimal inhibitory concentration，MIC)，筛选出对亚胺培南耐药的铜绿假单胞菌，并分析其对其它抗生素的药物敏感率；采用三维实验的方法分析220株Pa产β内酰胺酶的类型。2、碳青霉烯类水解酶和oprD2蛋白的检测针对鉴定的IRPa菌株，采用普通PCR方法检测具有碳青霉烯水解作用的β内酰胺酶耐药基因(GES、KPC、SPM、VIM、IMP、GIM基因)和oprD2基因，采用多重PCR的方法检测OXA型基因和质粒携带的AmpC酶基因，用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测oprD2蛋白基因表达情况；同时对产AmpC酶的Pa(25株，含IMP耐药和敏感株)用RT-PCR方法检测AmpC酶基因的表达量情况。3。

摘要］目的观察&铁扇癣痒平&体外抗菌效果和抑菌浓度。方法采用对倍液体稀释法测定该药对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、红色毛癣菌、紫色毛癣菌、须毛癣菌和石膏样小孢子菌体外抑制作用。

METHODS:MICs of two drugs to Staphylococcus aureus were detected in vitro separately and mixedly with tube－dilution method.

用试管稀释法测定以上两药单用及合用时对金葡菌的体外最低抑菌浓度，并将达MIC试管内的金葡菌用电镜进行超微结构观察。

The results of bioassay experiments with 10 commonly used fungi showed that, all the title compounds had satisfactory fungicidal activity against Botrytis cinerea, the growth inhibition rate of compounds 5ae, 5ag, 5bd against Botrytis cinerea were up to 70% and for 5ad, 5cd, 5ce were more than 60%; compound 5bd exhibited fungicidal activity against Pellicularia sasakii with growth inhibition up to 60%, the growth inhibition rate of compound 5cg against Colletotrichum lagenarium was 69%.

抑菌活性生物测定结果表明，合成的大部分化合物对黄瓜灰霉病菌均有较好的生长抑制作用，其中，化合物5ae、5ag和5bd的抑制率达到70%；化合物5ad、5cd、5ce的抑制率大于60%；5bd对水稻纹枯病菌抑制率大于60%，化合物5cg对西瓜炭疽病菌的抑制率为69%。

Through the research of stability of the fermentation broths of actinomycete strain HJ1-2 to heat, acid. alkali and light, it had a stable activity to heat, acid and UV, but unstable to alkali.

发酵液的稳定性测定结果表明，发酵液对热、酸和紫外线均较稳定，发酵液在800℃处理后抑菌活性开始下降，发酵液在pH3~9条件下抑菌活性稳定。

For five Enterobacteriaceaes tested for ESBLs by double-disk method, two primers were designed and synthetized: TEM-1and SHV-1, ESBLs gene type was amplified, sequenced and analyzed by PCR; the minimal inhibitory concentrations of Cetiofur combined BLI-Tazobactam to the five Enterobacteriaceae according to different proportions were carried out with two fold dilution method.
