With the synthetic developing tool based on the database, the CAPP system called synthetic development CAPP which is of the properties of synthetic, modular redeveloped and integrated has been developed.

本论文以提高系统的先进性和实用性以及高效，灵活为基本原则，对CAPP的总体构成策略及其关键技术进行了深入地分析和优化，宏观上充分体现系统性和通用性，微观上切实体现针对性和适应性，技术上实现二者的协调统一，较好地处理了适应性与通用性这对既相互关联、又相互制约的矛盾；采用基于数据库的综合开发工具模式，研究并开发了综合式、模块化、具有二次开发和一定集成功能的CAPP系统——基于数据库的典型零件CAPP综合开发系统。

When studying laser wavelength identification technique, depending on a concrete optical configure, a new wavelength measurement technique using grating spectrometer and CCD imaging system was studied on by theoretic analysis and principle experiment. The study result shows that this new technique is prone to be realized and has high practical value compared with current wavelength measurement technique.
